  1. I realize the 1 action per 1 reaction. But who said that the one action had to be made with your hand rather then your lips? While this may be against the rules, I find it hard to classify people who use hotkey scripts like this (which Jagex should just develop and release, like WoW) in the same category as botters who run a script and go to bed for the night. I still don't want to pvp against someone using an item switch bot... reason number 481 to not pvp.
  2. Yeah I would love for them to tell the business side of the dupe in 2003
  3. Zerker (i) is better at every boss, imo As far as dk's solo tribrid, mage bonus is trivial, strength bonus is huge (most damage is taken while meleeing supreme), and range bonus isn't that big of a deal (as range strength is not affected and prime has pretty low range defence to a chaotic crossbow anyways). PLUS most people would rather lose an zerker (i) and protect a rapier than lose a rapier and protect an onyx (i). With the update where you can't get randomed running back to corp, there's no huge risk in taking zerker (i) barring disconnection.
  4. My general rule is not to buy a rare if it hinders you monetarily... like if you have a santa but don't have a fury or bcp for slayer, something is wrong. So yeah, the 3rd option that anonymouse mentioned.
  5. I only use super prayers at corp (along with super rests, don't take just pray, or your mage level gets owned). Becuase it's not a good idea to use a yak there, you don't have to worry about not being able to fill it. For stuff like bandos, I guess you could do super prays in your inventory and super rests in the yak, but I just haven't experimented with it.
  6. Cooking Blue Crabs in dungeoneering is actually a nice milestone even though you will probably burn quite a few. Keep up the good work and maybe you'll make it to that lovely purple cape one day. the pros cook 100+ blue crabs a floor, the more the better. another good tactic is to say "drop money for altar" and use it for blue crabs. if people ask for blue crabs, give them the burnt ones. the joke is on them! In seriousness, you should dg with us, lowc
  7. We'll have a pk failfest when the old wildy is back, don't worry
  8. Converted my corp tab... should probably get more brews/rests.
  9. Serpy, stop harassing the new crewbie. Best of luck with your goals.
  10. terror dogs, tortoises, jungle, and desert strykewyrms - all horrible xp
  11. I would get bcp, fury, tassets - in that order - right away. Prices won't stay this low for long, and you can always get a yak after that... they don't cost too much if you stay away from green charms. After the yak, I would get turmoil and then extremes.
  12. You have a 10% chance of receiving the same seed back when picking a live plant and a 10% chance of receiving a random seed back when picking a dead plant (or at least, this is how it applies to herbs). Gotta love picking that dead torstol and getting back a tarromin seed (happened yesterday). That Quyneax guy beat me to it. Dumb.
  13. Do you use the zamorak favours? I have like 10 and can't decide if it's worth it to get more. At 180k xp per hr without them, it's 52 hours versus 48 hours to 99 if I do use the potions. 4 hrs saved to obtain 160 zamorak vines + 160 samadens? Along with the pain of trying to figure out what attracts those dumb zamorak jadinkos... edit: more importantly, do you use scentless potions? those seem much easier and more effective
  14. Yep bgs is most useful godsword (the only useful one) And no, the swh isn't cost-effective for 4-6 man corp.
  15. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r77AsuTshP0 I like this. I may use it to make up smithing xp leftover after mining/superheating to 99 mine.
  16. I thought you were going to quit if you lost that radio op job? That's the only time you play anyways  I'll quit if I lose my p hat or if I get banned (which is quite unlikely, as that would involve rule breaking.)
  17. use a ddef. good luck finding a world.
  18. purples are going for 700m, wouldnt be surprised if they started going max ge in less than a month.
  19. twinsies, grats. i have an idea. you can give me the white, and i'll trade 2 whites for green/blue. i'll take the blue, and you can have your green back. and wow, if i had cash i might do this: QFC: 36-37-827-62123686
  20. That's what i get for trying to be pro. I never use berserker, and I did most of my slayer with either bcp/prossy plate and v skirt
  21. Sw cape, bcp and tassys/v skirt (pray bonus vs slight str bonus, it's close). If you are very wealthy, use overloads and turmoil; if not (or if you hate spending money), go with extremes, berserker, and turmoil. Flick soul split when you are low on health. As for picking up drops, take abby demons. As soon as you deal the killing blow on a demon (while it is dying), go attack the next. If it drops something you want (usually a crimson charm), right click the charm and click to pick it up as SOON as the next dies. Continue on by killing the next nearby demon. If there is a demon closer than the crimson charm drop, it is better to attack the demon and then run to pick up the charm in between your hits. Note that you should never just be sitting there waiting for a demon to die, then picking up its drop.
  22. You should try chinning. It's only like 1.5 gp/xp with red chins if you do it right. So you're looking at less than a 15m cost for 99 ranged at 1/4 the time of any other viable method.
  23. jagex leaked that its just a new void model; edit: found it edit2: removed my fake because people actually thought it was real when A) the font size was way too big, B) the date was almost a year ago, C) it contained obvious typos, and D) Mod Howes does not say "~Howie~" after his posts
  24. found myself a pack of t10s [hide=tyrannos] [/hide] Gah I want 90 hunt/99 craft. Late grats on 114 dg... just get a little lead so I can beat you to 120
