  2. Tormented demons. Is it like made for those?
  3. Worked for me means that I got in better shape. But let's stop spamming this thread - I don't think OP has any use of this.
  4. Hahaahahahaa What's so funny? Just doing push ups and sit ups (and squat jumps) isn't going to do much of anything. Obviously you didn't do them well enough. You have no idea, lol. And of course they won't suffice by themselves; you need to combine it with a healthy diet. OP specifically asked for exercises, as he's already got the diet part straight. If you read my post, I did push-ups and flutter kicks all day long for two and a half months, and my pushups only increased by 20. I combined those with strength training at night (we had barbells and dumbbells in the bay), as well as Iron Mikes for hours (Holding a sandbag over your head and doing forward lunges up and down a sidewalk). While they're good to build up a little bit, it's not going to be the best to gain muscle. Don't get me wrong, I still do pushups and situps every night, I'm just saying you should combine them with better workouts. If you read my post, I'm actually not responding to you. I suppose it's a matter of how your body is built, and how much you really want it. It worked for me at least :P

  9. Honestly, sit-ups, push-ups and squat jumps should do the trick, training every part of your body.
  10. Aluminiumschlorid is epic when it comes to this problem. You put it on in the evening, keep it for the night. Problem is, it tickels like [bleep]ing hell, but if you can fall asleep it'll last 1-2 weeks with not even a drop of sweat. Even during sports it'll be a problem to get sweat stains.
  11. Tip for anyone who wants a change from the usual automatic rifles; Shotguns are deadly with the right setups; Long-range specified ammo and magnum ammo makes a deadly combo, and you'll still have benefits of the different classes. Note that these shots hit very accurately, so you need to aim very carefully, but with that said, it's almost one-shot kills every time. My best one so far is probably a ~150 meter head shot with the 870 Combat.
  12. Do not wish for that, cause that would mean introducing yourself to 4chan. What has been seen cannot be unseen. :twss:

    Quoting myself from another thread;
  17. Drink water, plenty of water. Eat tons of vegetables, fruits and nuts. Eat somewhat healthy breakfast. Cardio. There you go :D
  18. Bike from and to station, gym class with soccer. Pushups later.

  20. You can loose all the weight, by focusing on the diet only. Yes, exercise will speed up the process, but techincally (biologically if you want) better diet should do the job. A good rule of thumb is to divide your plate into 4 parts; 2 of these should be vegetables, 1 should be meat/poultry etc, 1 should be potatoes/pasta/rice etc. Worked for me at least; you won't lose 10 pounds in a week, but your weight will go down and your stomach will feel better during the day. Also, drink water as much as possible, it flushes your body, getting rid of more unhealthy substances aswell as filling and swelling the food you eat. Of course you will be less thirsty, and therefore less likely to drink soda during the day. Bring a bottle of water to school; it's that easy - you will automatically go fill it in the later hours. Good luck :) Edit: Another good rule is, ALWAYS EAT BREAKFAST; you will be full from the start of the day, you will eat less sweets in school and you will be able to concentrate better. Simple yoghurt, a piece of bread, anything will do. And milk for your bones :) Edit2: Keep doing push-ups; I can probably do 50 a day by now, and I started at 20 a day. Increasing by 1-5 like every 2-3 weeks really works wonders.

    Nothing on family history? Cannabis can cause major problems for a user with a family with mental issues. As it has been stated here many, many times, it does not cause a trip like other drugs do. How sure are you that it wasn't laced with something else? As I've noticed a few things in your post that aren't related to cannabis along with a few factual errors (The only time you'd have a small portion of the effect would be from a joint, which isn't that different. Also I can assure you that if you did die from it, you would be the first person to die from cannabis-related causes.) I'm just going to take it at face value and say it was laced with something nasty. I could be wrong. Never had any problems with my family, but that's not what I'm saying. I never said anything about mental issues, simply a loss of respect from your parents (means something to me at least..) Trip, euphoria call it whatever you want, I was under the influence of hash. I don't know if you know what hash really is, but in Denmark it's very concentrated weed in chunks. I know the rush from smoking a joint and eating hash is the same, but eating hash is much much harder to control. As I stated you receive 7-8 times more from what a joint would give, and if joints is all you've tried (my case) it's very strong. The advice I'm giving isn't specifically on hash/weed. Overdose of harder drugs can kill you. It wasn't laced - my friends had tried it before, and the influence was what they found it to be previously.
  22. Best. Game. Ever. Modern Warfare go home, you're outdated. If you want a killer FPS Bad Company 2 is the best on the market atm, and I'm sure it will stay that way for a long time.

    I've seen what coke/amf do to people, and I must say that it is totally incorrect that people become suicidal, violent etc. I know some people who do a lot of drugs, and the worst part of them in that state is their annoyingly need to TALK - god damnit can a doped person talk, lol. I'm not saying "hard" drugs are good, not at all, I'd never touch that [cabbage]. As for "lighter" drugs like hash, I've tried that some times, because it seems less harmless. I would like to warn you though - always, ALWAYS do research on whatever you're doing. A couple of mates and I wanted to try hash-cake, which went terribly wrong; firstly we put 3-4 times as much hash in the cake as we were supposed to. Secondly, under the influence of hash you get the munchies, and that made me eat another piece of that cake. Thirdly, eating hash lets you have 100 % of the effect - smoking is 12-15 %. And as the not-very-experienced drug user, I had a very bad trip, I thought my heart was going to give up, ended up telling my parents in the intoxication. If you absolutely want to try it (stick to cigarettes and alcohol, really) be sure to research on HOW TO DOSE and WHAT TO DO IF IT GOES BAD, because that can potentially save your life and a lot of your parents' respect. Seriously, don't do it.
