They are always going to be of some use, after all you can always shot them out a cross bow... (bone of course) And before you say about jagex costing players money in that sense - broad arrows...

Cheesy potatoes, were ridiculiously cheap.. Gnome cuisine (choc bombs), 1 hp of a monkfish for 160 per. But omg wait, non instant healing, so not that close to being miles better than. did they change? yes.. Two great examples of where they dropped the ball; and had to 'fix' later on quietly and without telling everyone.... KB isnt the be all and end all, after all they are only human; we all make mistakes. This is about jagex created something shop bought thats pretty much undermining players in almost every respect for general (none rediculious cost [chins]) training, least what they can produce. If you were an rcer how would you lik eit if shop bought nats were 200 per? Fisher? Shop bough monks raw 150per sharks raw 500per They changed the food supplys of the cheesy pots, and gnome cuisine because of this already. Heck when they put in the pots unlimited to the warrior guild they buffed the price by alot to 1,2k - str, 500 - att, 800 - def... And please remember as people have said before these things are save for vs boss type monsters mith bolts for 3% of the price... Bone and mith bolts have completely different uses, so mith bolt business won't be affected. Mith bolts and up are used for higher defence monsters/bosses. Seriously, would you use bone bolts against iron drags like you would for mith bolts? Mith bolts are only used for those higher defense monsters because you receive a much higher Ranged bonus with the Rune Crossbow than you do with the Bone Crossbow. It doesn't change the fact that bone bolts are still equally as effective as mith bolts for a mere fraction of the price. their not equally as effective. Using a rune crossbow you can get around +190 range bonus, with bone xbow i'm around +141 that is a big difference. if mith bolts were any good before the update then the market for them should stay about the same. They seem overpriced to me anyways.. You make 10 bolts out of 1 bar, mith bars currently are at 1,3 - 1,4 per 1,3/10 = 130 per. Not like the smither is making a rediculious profit here is it?? Cant compare to much with arrows as you get 15 per bar, 50% more out of it that for bolts. And mith bolts are good, ask anyone.

They also shot faster than a rune x'bow, so if you average out the lower more common hits then you are looking at comparable to mith. thats how it was worked out..

Last time i was on a german world, sure it only had 400 people on it, most of those 400 were after a quite training spot, metal dragons, mining, wcing, and not germans. Also i saw a LOT of pures... Dunno what its like now though..

Functionality? as in buying 100k of them to level range? Mith. Pirce + efficiency = best combo. who the hell trains range with d stone rune bolts?

The current situation can't continue, 4 gp for a bolt that especially on sub lv 100 monsters hits hard and fast (ish) in unlimited supply just can't go on. So how can jagex fix it? the problem is supply, there are now sooo many of these bolts in circulation that i doubt a mere price hike will do much to hurt them. So im guessing a nerf on the bolts or bow will happen. What do you think? Even think jagex will bother? Should jagex even bother? Imo, i recon they will slow the speed and nerf the power.

Well i really am growing bord of my main, the character not the name.. So looked back at the accounts i made when i first started up, i really like the name but not sure what to do with him, so i ask you tif, what would you do? 0 quests are done. I was thinking staker, 45 def pure, slayer (go for the 99 cape untrimed, if i was crazy..)? Think any of them, if you do, advise please, and nothing ridiculious like 99 99 45 and thats all.. I really need your help! But the real question is why would you want to do that? Id personally much rather jagex spend there time on actually usefull updates, and when i say updates i dont necessarily mean NEW things, just fix/add to existing things. Just a few areas that would be great to have a buff, mining/smithing;mage;and many more individual areas..

Abby whip. If were going by numbers its helped countless people to 100 + :-w And at its new (not 5mill or 10m, yes i remember :D ) 1,45 price v affordable!
