  2. Yep, I'm mad. The bus missed me. By this, I am referring to the fact that I was half a house away when it drove past because it stops half a house ahead of the corner and did not see me or my brother. The people who stand at that stop are stupid, there's no reason to stand in the street when there's a perfectly good sidewalk corner to stand on and wait. But no, omg they'll catch the bus like half a second later and not be as cool if they stand on the sidewalk! So, since the bus caters to stupid people (who, by the way, can't form a line anyway, which is probably why they wait on the street and push in front of people), it didn't see me around the corner. 3. ^ I read BNW this year for AP Lang. I enjoyed it, quite a few interesting things to consider. Now reading Slaughterhouse-Five for AP Lang. With such short sentences so far, it's easy to read, but seems choppy since I'm not used to short sentences anymore. Also, I've only read 65 pages and I'm already quite sick of seeing the phrase "or so it goes" at the end of many paragraphs.
  4. I don't know why my knees like to spaz when I want to sleep.
  5. Nope, but he has found his way to the top of the fridge where the catnip and treats are kept. He knocked the catnip down and had a nice party with Boo Boo, as evidenced by the open bag and remaining catnip on the floor.
  6. He's being cuddly. And not trying to hump my arm, like earlier. I was being a nice owner, rubbing his face and belly, when all of a sudden he took IT out and started making odd noises and biting my hand. TMI?

  8. Okay, if I ever hear anyone utter the phrase "or so it goes," I will be obligated to smack them. And I'm serious. I'm only 57 pages into this book and the guy must have used that phrase at least once, maybe twice per page.
  9. But I did eat ice cream, and I only have fifteen pages left till I can allow myself to go back to sleep

  23. The city decided it'd be cool to cut branches off the tree in front of my house during the day... My mom is gonna have a FIT! Last time, which was a very long time ago long before my dad moved out, she made him go tell the people cutting branches that they were messing it up.
