I know this may seem really random, and I'm not 100% about it myself but killing black dragons in the evil chickens layer, and as a drop I picked up a toy mouse. I would definitely see if anyone can confirm this, but there were no random events that occurred, and the guy that was there with me had just arrived so I kinda ruled out him dropping it. REALLY random though.

I started up membership again and decided to do some slayer training, and for my 100th task (had like 95 done before i quit :P) i received Fungal Mage task (115 of them). My Stats: Mage-80 Range-84 Attack-85 Strength-84 Defence-85 Prayer-65 Summoning-74 Constitution-88 Slayer-77 couple questions (i did look them up on the bestiary): 1. what are they LOL? 2. do i need to do a quest to access them? 3. are they worth doing as a slayer task? 4. do they have decent, consistent drops? if 3 and 4 were answered yes, then: 5. what would be a good set up to kill them with? 6. any other recommendations? lol sorry for the very obnoxious rapid fire questions, but ism still trying to familiarize myself with the game again :oops: thanking you all in advance,

What would be the best thing to train on free to play, to get my strength up from 83-85? I guess the most efficient xp/hr? (Attack 85, Defence 85, HP 88) by the way, were there ever any "boss" monsters in f2p? like is greater demon the strongest monster? I've actually forgotten LOL Thanks in advance! P.S. I'm back \:D/

Sorry to take over the question, but what exactly is conc. gold? sorry i took a break for quiet a long time so kinda still catching up. As for your question, as a relatively experienced miner, I agree with granite power mining. I'd highly recommend you first get the water tiara thing (the tiara that replaces the need for water pouches, forget name) as well as perhaps a familiar which boosts mining. It might not seem like it, but in the end the extra help really does add up. EDIT: Familiars you can use (from what i remember) are the obsidian ones. they give an amazing boost.

Soooo its kind of a first date thing with water fiends, never been to them before but i've heard they like to be crushed. What would be the best weapon i can buy for 2mil at most that will help me kill them. Thanks in advance :D

1. Hmm thank you, i'll look into kuradel 2. lol lets hope, so far ive made like 50k and a level 2 clue scroll from daggonaths :razz: 3. I've been gone for about 6 months now, so dungeoneering is totaly new for me and i remember some of the distraction/diversion stuff (like the shooting star, circus, penguins etc...). Elemental workshop 3 is funny because i attempted it,, and got to the puzzle and i'm like "i do no have the patience for this right now" lol. My question 4 is basically just asking, is there anything other than the usual stuff i can do with my stats? like any new cool mini games or any nice new weapons? PS is dragon scimitar still the best strength training option if you cant afford an SS? Thanks everyone :smile:

Hello again tip.it, Long story short, its good to be back :smile: , but a lot has changed since i was gone...lol just a couple basic questions i guess if anyone could answer them for me please. 1. I've always enjoyed slayer, but ive never known really, which slayer master should i use? currently im using the shilo village guy, but is there one with better/more profitable tasks? 2. i know this question is very vague and what not but; what have i missed? just a short list maybe of things i should do that would help? quest suggestions maybe? 3. :oops: how can i make some cash? 4. anything i'm missing out on with my stats? like things i can do that i'm not aware of maybe? (i know this is a very wierd question, sorry) Just to help you help me heres some stuff: i have about like 1 mil spending money (this is in addition to armour/weapons and other stuff), i am p2p, and here are my stats:

Maging black demons will for sure come out as a loss unless you get incredibly lucky. Melling on the other hand will provide you with a profit although melleing green dragons or other monsters would yield a greater income. Prayer potions should be used, and you will still make some profit even when using prayer (around 50k as above poster stated). In my opinion only kill black demons if their a slayer task, otherwise their a great waist of time ;)

Desert treasure is pure HYPE in my opinion. I kept running away from it too until i was faced with the recipe for disaster boss and i had to do desert treasure. First thing, use magic to kill all the brothers except for the vampire one with the blood diamond thing. Second thing pray on all of the brothers and you will be perfectly fine. Conclusion: follow the tip.it guide and you will be fine. P.S one tip, when fighting the brother that drains your prayer and hits hard (the one you need invisible ring for), if you run away far enough you have to restart the fight...i figured this out the hard way...twice :wall:

I would protect from mage, and use eagle eye and the protect item prayer. why? you might use like 4 prayer potions a kill and a invo full of sharks but that atleast gives you a 99.99% chance of survival (0.01% chance of death due to lag). Your invo should be along the lines of: Black dhide top and bottom Highest rfd gloves>those [bleep]y vambs Glory/any amulet ROL(RING OF LIFE) rune c'bow dfire shield snakeskin boots acumilator any helmet that you think would either look cool or give decent range boost (the ranger helm from freminik area is a good idea) Use ruby (e) bolts until he's half hp and if you want to not use all your sharks use diamond (e) for the rest of the kills if not emerald (E) would have to do. invo should be 4 prayer pots, 1 super antipoison, 1 antifire potion, 2 ranging potions, 1 one-click teleport, and the rest sharks (if your taking a beast of burdon, fill it with sharks too. One thing, if you think your going to die, don't hesitate...teleport, restock and go back for the kill. its for fun, not money so just have fun and don't die. By the way i'd suggest duoing or even trioing if you havnt gone to kbd since rsc...just a suggetion (a goo done too ;) )

yes, it won't melle you, but it sure as hell will blow the crap out of you with its breaths. But you should be fine, 1-2 kills a solo trips. Do it for fun though, you will fail hard at making cash this way. Have fun :thumbsup:

Hitman76 was banned and deleted 1 month after i created this forum account. I quit for about 2-3 months then I came back because I actually enjoy playing the game and didn't mind starting from the beginning. And now, Ambrose273 is a much better account then hitman ever was. I still miss that account and i miss the friends i had on that account (had played since 2003-had 2 santas) but because i played the game for fun, and not as a chore I came back. But if i lose Ambrose i don't think i'll come back. I'm too old and don't have enough time to start all over again, so i think i'll just quit :?

Yea, spiders i understand for training strength, and i can't play fog/gop/skill on pvp because my bank is full and my invo is pretty full too :wall: didn't think i'd be f2p this long. I understand, but i don't like killing ankous in f2p because their drops arent that profitable for the hassle specially melle training. Thanks though guys :

Quick question, I'm currently f2p, and i was wonder should i get 80-85 strength (pretty afk-able) or should i get 83-85 range (less afk-able). And if 83-85 range, where? i remember training on lesser demons back when i was f2p long ago. Thank you :

Lol that's not necessarily a lie, I have done well over 400 runs with only Torags hammers. Luck can be a [female dog] sometimes. But 1000 runs being pure hype? plausable. Gratz on the drop but lol at the hype ;) EDIT: I hate you...die pl0x?

To be honest, that place has been used too much for 99 level ups. I'd suggest somewhere random...like the fairy-ring code for the swamp wasteland (forgot it) or somewhere else you feel is pretty random. Or your friends/your own POH :

I found graahk crafting much less annoying but thats because I really hated the abyss. I also found it a bit faster but that also depends on how you are with abyss crafting. Conclusion: i found graahk's better
