~You lose very little in World 16. I'd suggest getting 44 RC really quick, while you can still use the runners before the new trade limit thing comes out.~

~Without any Prayers / Special Boosts, i've been hitting 17s since Level 70 Ranged. It ultimately depends on how much you really want to spend on Armour/Prayer/Etc., but i would be surprised if you were hitting lower than that.~

~As a nonmember, there really is no cheap and easy way to train either. Powermining Iron is your best bet for Mining, but as for Smithing, i'd say wait till you become a member before doing Gold/Iron/Steel.~ ~Goodluck.~

That means i can get 4.5M Slayer Experience out of that, which would put me at 6.5M Experience, or Level 92. Then, by training on Controlled with a Whip, couldn't i get 7M experience in all Combat Stats and Slayer? ~Am i missing something here?~ ~~~ ~Edit --> Are there any other ways to nerf the amount of experience i get, other than Cannons, Poison, Vengeance, and Recoils?~

~I found Double Cosmics slightly better. Even though they do take longer, they do sell better. I made Astrals from Level 70-85 RuneCrafting, just around 500k of them. I suggest either way, i find it's a matter of preference.~
