I have long been a sort of isolationist on rs... i have done things on my own and haven't cared much for others... and now, i'm getting a little lonely! Where are good places to meet other players, be it for chatting, discussion, (or even flirting!) I have been told Castle Wars and the GE... i don't want a place so incredibly busy, if i can help it. This hasn't been mentioned... The only thing i can think of that could cause such a widespread event (apart from the influence of a god) would be the mystery machine in Sumona's Slayer dungeon... maybe something has gone awry there? Has anyone talked to her or the ghost in the well, by any chance?

I am looking to get 99 Fishing from Level 85. I would like to know the pros and cons of Shilo Fly Fishing, Monkfish Fishing, and Living Rock Caverns Fishing. I'm mainly after exp rates and profit rates per hour. I will not be using the Barbarian method, because i simply don't like dropping. I will be using a War Tortoise or Granite Lobster. Shilo - (put info here, please) - I did one trial: 40,870 exp in one hour, with a War Tortoise. Monkfish - (see above) LRC - (see above) Thanks!!

Does squatting do anything for the core, or is that mainly for the back and legs? I can do those, without using my wrists ;).

I am looking to exercise my chest and core, but i have recently stress fractured my wrist so that i cannot hold, pull, or push anything with it... this eliminates bench pressing, pushups, and most other pulling/pushing of weights... What is there that i can do for my chest until my wrist heals? I have access to free weights at home and a rather impressive gym at school (but only once every other day.) Would something like the plank and situps be good for the core? Thanks!!

Quite possibly the best-written guide i've ever come across; i applaud you for that. I actually enjoyed reading it, even though it has absolutely no affect on my upcoming training ^^. Just out of curiosity, and i realize it stretches beyond the parameters of this thread, but do you have any idea as to what the maximum Ranged experience with a cannon is, per hour? (I have heard perhaps Wallasalkis, but i have never tried them, myself...)

Is it possible to separate a Bandos Godsword into a Hilt and Blade? Or must i swap that Hilt for another to change it?
