I would support and I think it's a good idea but... JaGex wouldn't do that. Too many people will complain about it and even if it was implemented at some point it'll get back to what it is. You can no longer train prayer in PC this way.

It's not even close to look good with attack cape... IMO, best attack cape outfit looks like this: Head-red Phat. Body- D chain. Legs-D legs. Boots-red boots (from canifis). Gloves- Dragon RFD gloves/red gloves(also from canifis). Amulet-amulet of strength Weapon- whip/any dragon weapon/fire staff. Shield (unless using d2h)- D sq/ dragonfire shield. If anyone could get that it's the best looks for the cape.

I think completed means: 1. Having max money. 2. Having a Phat set, H'set and a santa. 3. Having all skills at 99 and 200m xp. 4. All challenge scrolls completed. 5. Best range, melee and mage gear. 6. Best CW armor. 7. All quests completed. 8. void knight armor. 9. Having a house with all rooms and the best stuff you can get (like crystal throne for example). 10. Best BA armor. 11. All random event clothes. 12. All emotes. I'm sure there is more im forgetting.

Actualy 150-200 is easy to get even if you don't train combat and if you know what skills to train and where you can do it in 1 day (ofcours if you don't know it might take few days but it's easy and will eliminate p2p bots...But then again there is the bigger problem of f2p bots...).

WOW you're stupid! A)If there are only 5-10 rings in all runescape there is no point. B)If there were more it will be too hard to do anything. C)training will become so easy with that! A lvl 30 could DK, KQ, and get a fire cape or kill anyone in wildy. D)It will make the game too easy for anyone who got the ring. E)Quests will become soooo easy that you could complete all quests at a really low lvl (except dream mentor - requires 85 combat). F)There is no way JaGex will ever make anything like that. Well I'm sure I can think of more but overall this is the dumbest idea I ever heard...

Just imagine the price of the boots dropped by a high lvl and requires 92 slayer....The price will go crazy!!!

The idea is great and all so the rewards are good too but with all the bank space it takes and all the time it takes to get....I would support but I think we already have enough random events clothes and emotes. Sorry :( . I just have to say it is a good idea.
