That particular match was above average, obviously. In an average match, I usually end with 40-60 kills and 5-15 deaths. Those used to be one-off kind of matches, but now that's my average game, whereas say 25 kills and 20 deaths matches very rarely happen to me, but they do happen. I'm not sure if it's because I get some sort of connection advantage (I only play during the night, 3-6am GMT), or if the average skill level in the game has dropped quite severely. Decreased my sensitivity the other day though, trying to improve my aim, so maybe that is kicking in too. On the subject of the competitive leagues and whatnot, I really do not approve of killstreaks, perks and such being available for those matches. I feel like they can still gain an advantage over the other by using a specific setup. I think it should be just stock guns, pistol (Tac-45/Five-Seven), flash/smoke and 1 frag, with no perks or killstreaks. Then it's purely based on skill. Cod4 competitive gaming was like that, and it was amazing. An average promod player could enter pub and absolutely annihilate the server, whereas if a pubhero were to join a promod server, they would get torn apart. I miss that.

Coutinho playing against Chelsea was a mistake, Sturridge should have started that match. I wouldn't say Hendo is inconsistent. Our best midfield is Hendo, Lucas and Gerrard, our midfield just isn't the same when one of those are dropped out for someone else. As for Sturridge, he definitely would have played more for the past couple of months, but he had some injury or fitness problems. Problem is, we can't exactly field Suarez, Coutinho and Sturridge all at once, we kinda need Downing as well for his defensive work rate (who would have thought anyone would have said that a year ago). Downing has also been one of our most consistent players this season, never worldclass, but also never complete shit. He's just been consistent at what he has to do. No doubt about that Downing can be replaced, but he's a good squad player. If Liverpool can strengthen their defence this summer (Skrtel has been shit + Carra is retiring), we have a realistic chance at top 4 next season, because our attack has been pretty damn solid this season.

Coutinho is brilliant. Sturridge is great too. Hendo is the future captain of Liverpool, that's for sure. He works like a beast, and he's technically gifted. Then of course we have Suso and Sterling. There are many good things happening at Liverpool, football wise. We just need a new winger and central defender. Back up for Enrique too. If we keep Suarez, which we will, and with proper transfers this summer, Liverpool can easily compete for top 4 next season.

Honestly, Liverpool one of the more interesting clubs in the premier league, along with Swansea and Southampton. City and United have already established themselves as top clubs, Arsenal always sell their best players, have a shitty start, but somehow manage to pull Champions League football. Chelski is well.. Chelski. I can't think of another club that's such an interesting prospect for the future. EDIT: And when I say interesting, I mean in terms of development.

BVB is such an excellent club. I'm hoping Liverpool can follow in their footsteps and recover as they did. It's quite extraordinary how they've established themselves as a top club in the past few years.

This. The competitive scene has been a complete joke since then. All the competitive matches I've watched, they all have killstreaks and perks and attachments and all that, which is a joke. Also a bit of self-plugging :>

Sturridge was a complete gamechanger. Chelski most likely would have walked all over us if it wasn't for his instant impact. But on the topic of Suarez, I don't want him to leave at all, but I'd understand if he wanted to leave. He has basically carried Liverpool on his back for the last 2 years. But I don't agree with people at all saying that he should be sold. Cantona kicked a random observer in the stadium, Terry slept with a teammates wife/girlfriend, but I don't recall them being sold due to that. I'm certain that Suarez knows he [bleep]ed up bad for himself, and more importantly for the club. The racist row is irrelevant in this matter, since we all know there are two sides to that story.

I'm shocked, and a little bit disgusted. I love Suarez and I love Liverpool. But I just can't even try to defend his actions there, and I don't think anyone can. Sure, you might do stupid things in the heat of the moment, but you never go ahead and bite another player. Bleh... Many people are already calling for him to be sold this summer, but I can't agree with that. He's among the 5 best players in the world right now. But what he just did now, I don't even know how to describe how that makes me feel.
