  2. New diaries? Runescape en français? OH LAWDZ IS I IN HEAVEN??
  3. actually, i would have totally forgotten if I had not seen this post. i try to get on for all of the events, but with school and work, it does seem hard to find the time. A helpful reminder is always nice. can you be specific on the varrock one? i am having trouble finding that darn little turkey. its the last one i need. I found it inside of a house, south of the bank.
  4. Thanks Muggi. I totally forgot about this.
  5. ITT: Tipiters bashing cosplaying WoW players, while secretly wishing they could show off their homemade Armadyl Godswords and Blue Party Hats.
  6. You and I need to discuss a few things. Namely, the log market. . .
  7. I lol'd so hard. I love you. On topic: Dragon, symbol of wealth, etc.
  8. Sorry, wrong game. I don't believe we have a woodchopping skill.
  9. Ah I see, well that's understandable. I do something similar. I just assume that everyone I meet is a pedo.
  10. So because skill guides exist (in even greater numbers), you'll be trashing the skill capes too? It's so obvious I don't really need to explain it, but since you don't realise for some reason... A quest without a guide, tests your skills, ability to solve puzzles, and general knowledge about runescape. With a guide, you're just checking off a list and ignoring the main part that's supposed to be challenging. Levelling a skill isn't supposed to take as much thought as a quest does, that's their main difference. Also, the guides are different anyway. A quest guide tells you what to do, when and where, skill guides tend to give xp lists, advice on where and how to train it and stuff like that. Think like this, without a guide and with a guide, cooking 100 shark would be exactly the same. Doing a quest without a guide is purely a test to see how well you do against the challenges set for you. Doing the same quest with the guide means you don't care for storylines, you're just doing it for rewards or the sake to have a cape, and you'd rather look good for completing it than know you actually worked it out yourself. It's like cheating on a test. So, you have zero respect for the entire spectrum of people with quest capes, including those who did not use guides, of which there are many?
  11. Exactly. It's just like the fire cape. You get 70 range, 43 prayer, and BAM. That easy. I don't see the point here. All you need are the levels! THAT'S ALL YOU NEED GUYS! ALL YOU NEED ARE THE LVELE SS HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Except the quest cape takes more than 3 levels, and no Bam. It's not that easy, the time is immense. Yeah, and the only thing you need for a skillcape are levels, how is your arguement justified? HEHEHEHEHE (Hey I can look stupid too, you make it look so easy, probably because your the real thing.) How are you even in this arguement? You have no 99s. I'm not bragging but I have 3, and the quest cape. I wonder who is more unbiased. Almost makes you wonder if I'm serious, eh?

  13. I can't believe that Jagex killed Duradel. That hurts my soul. It makes me want to postpone doing the quest until 99 Slayer.
  14. /OT/ was never good.
  15. ANyone who even thinks it was a meme is an idiot. That includes you, reader. It's all your fault. It was a meme :? Hey guys, can I be a meme?
  16. You made these contradictory statement regarding a link to an article. And this begs the question of whether or not you know the difference between biased and unbiased sources.
  17. Plus, I was really asking him to prove his mother loves him. I don't like using that to explain, but it is similar. My point was that your mother can literally walk into your room with delicious soup, and you can see her do it. Your example is FAITH that God helped that guy, but no one actually saw the big man. Corporeal, non-corporeal, etc. See what I mean?
  18. I think the difference is that while your mother can't prove that she loves you, she can try and show you. She can make you chicken soup when you're sick, bake you a cake on your birthday, or give you that loan you need to buy your first house. God, on the other hand, does not make chicken soup.
  19. Or like me, both  . i guess thats why they call it randum xD
  20. I completely disagree, in fact science provides some of the best evidence for creationism. Anyone who thinks science and religion conflicts is either ignorant or misinformed. What else could have orchestrated such a perfect harmony such as that of the big bang (which I do in fact believe in) and the organization of atoms and organisms. lol wut? The bible clearly says 7 days and whatnot. That DIRECTLY conflicts with scientific evidence. Define Day. What planet are we talking about? Do you honestly think that people in ancient Jerusalem would comprehend such terminology as 400 billion years ago... Try not to ask for vague definitions. I can define what a day is for any of the eight planets in our solar system. I assume that you were referring to a different connotation?

  22. And you would be correct. I personally believe that there are civilizations far more advanced than us. It would be silly to think that humans beings are at the top of the food chain. Maybe in our solar system, yes, but beyond that, no. However, I do believe that we create our own purpose, and in that sense, we do not owe our allegiance to anyone but ourselves.
  23. Obvious troll, etc.
  24. I listened to it on Myspace, and I think it's OKAY. A few of the songs are weird, a few of them are boring, and a few of them are good. It sounds like a different band with the same vocalist. I'm not gonna buy it.
  25. What? No, sorry. Just no. If you're in a science class, you will be taught evolution because it is pretty much proven. Sure, it is the "theory of evolution" but retroviral DNA is enough to make it ridiculous to deny it. I mean, I don't even know how it has got this far. There is literally a MASS of evidence for evolution. Evolution should be taught in science class along with gravity. Creationism.. I mean really? I have never, EVER, heard even one slightly compelling argument for it. I don't care if it causes conflict between parents and teachers. If you are in a science class you should be taught evolution because it is pretty much proven beyond any reasonable doubt. Creationism should be taught about in religious class. And remember, I'm not talking about cosmology/origin of life here, we're only discussing EVOLUTION. So what, you want it your way on the highway and screw others views? Their views should be respected, even if there is slim to no proof of Creationism, it doesn't mean that we should just not listen to what other's want. I'm not really a huge fan of either of them being taught in schools, not totally against it though. I think that they should teach evolution, as they already do...atleast in my school >_>, but not say that it is right or wrong (Which again is what my school does and it works out fine). I'm atheist's, but I don't think we shouldn't listen to religious people just because we think that they're wrong. They think that atheist's are wrong and they want creationism taught, that's where both sides are alike. And don't make some long post about how "but yeah creationism is wrong!" because that's not the point. Yeah, but I really like ice cream sandwiches, and I swear that they're the best food EVER. I feel that they should only serve ice cream sandwiches in schools. But sadly, I'm not going to get what I want, just because I want it. I'd have to somehow prove that all other food items are inferior to the mighty sandwich. This is impossible. Creationism is my ice cream sandwich. Evolution is the bean and cheese burrito that you secretly love. EDIT: But besides the horrible analogy, yes. Screw the other views because there is no evidence to support them. EDIT2: OK, that sounded mean. What I mean to say is, we can't teach our children creationism when there's no scientific proof whatsoever. This is really a moot argument, and has no doubt been discussed and beaten to death within this very thread.
