I agree with you all the way actually. As you said, you only need one to two money making skills to support a account (Mine is runecrafting and farming) However, I fell as though that... If I even need to make a mith bar, or a super strength potion, I would fell better saying "Hey, I can make that because I can!" I dont have to go the GE to get it... It just makes us (at least me) feel better that I can do it myself. It might take extra time to do it (Sticking with smithing, you might have to mine 4 coal and a mith ore to make a mith bar) but you did it yourself :thumbsup:

It's nice of you to help but why should you have to pick up the slack for those lazy players, wasting your own time when they ask you to give them clay or to make them a tool? I think it's ok to help people if they need it. When I did play SC, I needed help higher level axes or harpoons. I just doing have the smithing level to make them -.- I fell that is ok, but for someone to ask for...mabey a full armor set, or clay to make arrows, runes, potions ect... that when it should stop. All I can say to this is play the how you want to play. If you want to help someone out, then do it, if not then don't. EDIT: This is how I fell about it basiclly :lol:
