Last summer I hit the brakes on my bike (the brakes have always sucked, but that doesn;t matter here) while going down a gravel-strewn hill, slid, compression fracture on the left wrist. Odd, seeing as I fell to the right :-k . Also needed stitches in the right knee.The cruel part: I had been with my friend, and he wanted to keep riding a little further but I wanted to park before the hill. He started getting all "come oooooononnnn" until I agreed. Little [wagon]. I punched him after I called my mom to take me to the hospital. With the good arm, of course :wink: It actually didn't hurt as bad as I would've thought breaking a bone would, but then again it was just compression, like crunching a Coke can. I saw one guy who tried to ride a roller-coaster, but he couldn;t fit the harness on him. he tried to ride anyways #-o . they took him off. Anyways, I'm about 5 foot 4 and not even 100 lbs. (i think 45.45 kg for you metric folks?) and I'm fine with it, I would much rather stay like this than be humongous. now theres a word I haven't heard in a while...gotta use that more...

I guess it depends on which country you live in. Personally I've never heard of Boris Yeltsen but I have heard of Colin McRae. Even if you don't think someone doesn't 'deserve' a thread about their (possible) death at least be respectful? Yea, I was a little out of line. Anyways, Boris Yeltsin was the first president of democratic Russia, not exactly my kind of guy but he was pretty cool. Stood on a tank during a protest and everything. His chief aid or something, General Volkogonov, wrote the biography on lenin with the Soviet archives that i read.

I'm just curious, but did anybody make a thread when Boris Yeltsen died in, I believe, April? Somewhere around that time anyways. It was a Monday. If not, Yeltsin was more important than this guy, why doe she deserve a thread? especially if it hasn;t been confirmed?

Lol that is so funny. I played super metrod not long ago and when you complete it you only get a thumbs up! That's because you went really slow and/or barely got any items. Get 100% items in a good amount of time and you get a lot better than a thumbs up. :wink: Yes, I believe you got a nice little sneak peek of Samus in what appears to be some sort of leotard. When there is a readout of the volume on a tv, radio, etc. as a numbe,r not just those lines, it always has to be amultiple of 5. It irks me if it isn;t and I want to change it, but sometimes it would be kinda inappropriate to do so.
