I agree, it's awesome. On some of the larger maps, depending on how long you play for, it can take weeks. I didn't even finish a 100 star 3v3 because maybe 2 weeks after I started my hard drive crashed and my saves were wiped. It was awesome while it lasted. Vasari ftw.

The Halo Graphic Novel, I think, is mostly non-canon. Or at least the art is. The Scarab, for example, looks a lot different I think. The novels are canon, though.

People who like to say "You times it by.." instead of "You multiply it by..." "X times Y" is OK. Yea, he's got it right. 6 times 100 is good, in fact it's better than 6 multiplied by 100. But saying "you find the percent by timesing [yes, people say timesing] the quotient by 100" is ridiculous.

When people say to "times" a number by something instead of multiply. Every time I hear it I get the intense urge to leap across the room/table and rip the offender's face off with my socks. "Oh, you just take x and times it by one hund-OH GOD MY *gurglebleeerrugh*"

That's a great idea, but would never work. People are just immune to logic. Trust me on this one. OT: Books probably spawn more than video games ever will. More everything, really. Sure, they have to imagine it themselves, but that's the point; if they don't like that a guy died from blood loss after being shot, the reader can make them be stabbed or blown up with grenades or something even more violent. And Stephen King has scared me far more than any horror game can or will.

My opinion? it's horrible and needs to be stamped out. But really? Opinions on a medical..condition(?) unproven to exist in humans? How can you have an opinion on that? That said, it would both be pretty cool and suck really bad to have it. If I wanted a baby, I would have gone through the motions to acquire one. Imagine if this was proven, and the woman that had it thought this way and got an abortion :lol:

Reality hits me at random. Every so often I'll realize "Holy crap, this is all real. My life is actually going on. Someday I'll be older, live on my own, and be full-time employed, then grow old and die. Holy [bleep] berries." I fact, it just happened today during English class. It's almost hard to absorb.

No, that's the sort of stuff that starts World Wars. Maybe, just maybe, if the West doesn't try to get involved in everything in an attempt to police the world, Nothing bad will happen. I mean, just because they're testing weapons doesn't mean they're prepping for war. America's still making new weapons; there's even a television series about the newest war machines and how badly they'd destroy anyone in their way. Futureweapons.

I just realized that, even after going through 50% or so of the map, I'm not even through 50% of STALKER. And that's just for the main quest. I don't think I've ever actually played a game this big before. Feels good.

Yea, it's pretty good, especially considering that it's console and actually manages good controls. I'm still evaluating asting appeal; only two skirmish gametypes besides campaign, but theres Live and all that.

They definitely tried. I don't know for certain how well they succeeded. I can go out, I think, I just don't very often. Or at least, I don't go out of reasonable walking distance very often. Like, I don't go driving around town much. But I'll just go out alone and walk, sometimes without telling my parents, and they;re usually alright with it. They don't try to force their own plans on me for situations that arise, such as how I'll get to air rifle practice and just when exactly I come home. They used to be restrictive on M-rated games, not so much anymore, R-rated movies were never a problem, and, especially being in public school, I've been to exposed to all of the stuff that goes on there. I guess maybe, to an extent.

Is there a point-and-click adventure game for the Wii yet? that could be "revolutionary".

What kind of classes were you taking? Because I'm barely pulling a B in AP English. And I'm...well, me. But whatever. OT: The only thing I can think of involves a shovel, some sticks, and leaf cover. Then present the deer carcass to them as sacrifice. Or something.

It's working fine for me. -.- FailFireFox. PEBKAC I was browsing the wiki, and I noticed that one articled contained "The leader of the Blasphememers against Lenin is still up for grabs". It's like, even when you try to get rid of me, you can't get rid of me. The fun part is, that's not the first time some guys have made a little organization against me. A few of my friends did it in 8th grade, called it "La Revolution". Best bud headed the whole thing :lol: Anyways.

So I got to thinking. I've done all there is to do on the 360; every map, scenario, and achievement. The community is nonexistant; oftentimes I go the whole game with nobody to talk to, until the end of the game, when it turns out the other team has mics, and even a few on my team do, but despite the others' calls of "good game", it's all quiet on the western front. Even though I was talking the whole game about stuff coming into the base and finding a guy to assault with. There's not been an update or patch in Fat Jesus knows how long, and it doesn't look like there's going to be one anytime soon. Glitches, bugs, and people who abuse them run rampant, and there's no shiny new weapons to choose from. I think you guys see where this is going. I'm taking the plunge, so to speak. I think I'm going to get TF2 for PC. Maybe. Not now, not a little while; I've still got to get through STALKER and Halo Wars before I think of saying anything to my parents about another game that I'd have to use their credit card for. So that could be awhile. Maybe.
