Ok i'll check it, but you must remember, you have to do some quests before you can enter that part easily, when you look at it that way, i would choose powermining iron. Btw, The guide is F2P based, ignore the fact that i am member!

I don't think granite is that good... I tried it and it really isnt.. I never tried grand tree mining, i'll try it soon and maybe the guide will be update with grand tree mining!!

I can't think of any more 'good places too mine and earn quick EXP... ^^ i'll work on the tips and tricks section tho

Introduction Hello, My RSN is x h0st3 x and I made a Mining guide for beginners to experts. I had 83 mining once, but that one got banned. So now I'm sharing my knowledge with all Tip.It'ers. It's my first guide and I hope you like it! Note that this guide is actually F2p based. Altho I did point to ways for P2p, it isnt ment for members only... Here are some abbreviations I used: -ALK: Al Kharid -RIM: Rimmington -DWM: Dwarven Mines -MIG: Mining Guild [hide=Maps]I stole some maps from Tip.It and made clear were the mining spots just are. All P2P ways are tinted red and all F2P ways are tinted yellow. DWM Falador The way to the entrance from bank The map of the Dungeon itself and in the south the MIG. ALK RIM Falador The way for P2P'ers and F2P to RIM and back. [/hide] [hide=Lvl 1 - 20]To start mining, there is no other way then mining Tin and Copper. There are 2 places you can do this and there are also 2 methods. The 2 Methods are explained at the end of the guide. DWM: You can mine both Copper and Tin here. Pro: Close to bank Con: Lvl 14 and 32 Scorpions who can kill you fast if not high level'ed Copper Tin RIMM: You can only mine Copper here Pro: No scorpions Con: Far from bank and usually very crowded Copper [/hide] [hide=Lvl 21 - 70]After the boring Copper and Tin, we come to the fast and jollyfull iron. You can choose from 3 Places to mine now. They are explained in the following chapter. DWM Pro: Close to bank Con: Lvl 14 and 32 Scorpions who can kill you fast if not high level'ed ALK Pro: Used to be crowded, not anymore!! ^^ Con: Lvl 14 Scorpions whom are dangerous to lower lvl's RIM Pro: No scorpions Con: Far from bank and usually very crowded [/hide] [hide=71 - 99]You could go from mining lvl 60 in the mining guild, but there are 2 Con's and no Pro's. Coal mining goes slow and everyone steals you coal. Too many high lvl's you must compeat too. There is only one place where you can Mine coal the best, The mining guild of course! You could go into the wild, but it's far from bank so I don't recommend that possibility. Well here follows the next Chapter of my guide! MIG - Coal Pro: Many coal blocks and you can also mine 5 blocks of mith in there! And you can go to DWM to mine some addy too. Con: Usually crowded in F2P, For P2P I recommend busy worlds like 53, 54 or 2. MIG Mith MIG <-> DWM Addy ALK Addy If you want to mine some addy in a less crowded place, you can always go to the Al Kharid mines and mine there. Just change worlds when you mined the addy. Pro: Almost no one goes to the place. P2P: you can always take duel ring and teleport to the Duel arena to bank there and get back quickly. Con: Far from bank [/hide] [hide=The 2 Methods]Well, here i'll explain the 2 Methods of mining, Dropping, and Holding. 1. Dropping Method (Speedmining) The name says it all, You just drop the ores. Pro: Fast mining EXP, No boring bank-running Con: No Smithing EXP, No money! Recommended for: Tin and Copper] [iron up to lvl 41] 2. Holding Method Here too, the name says everything, you just hold on to your ores and bank them Pro: Much money after a while, Smithing EXP Con: Slower, Boring bank-running what makes you lose the excitement for getting 99 mining Recommended: [iron from lvl 41] [Coal] [mith] [Addy][/hide] [hide=Tips & Tricks]1. If you wear a charged glory, you have more chance on gettin a gem. It's great, but not when you are Speedmining. 2. A mining helmet Does noet make you mine better or faster!! What do you think about any new skills? Is it fun or does it ruin the game? Personnally, i think they ruin it. RS was fun before construction and farming and that kinda stuff.. I really love the oldskool skills^^
