I think what drove me most to 99 smithing is that I loved the skill and I wanted the skill cape in the skill i loved.

Well since they are pikcing quantity over quality now they are making p mods seem bad. Some peopel nvr get reported and are very offensive and break rules yet become p mods due to 0 black marks. Jagex needs to give it to people who might have a few black marks but have reformed...... Or deserve it truely

The charges are per character not per ring. So If you sell it and the person has never used 1 then he gets all 140
