Right now the sword is falling so buy after 1-3 ge updates. It is not a heavily manipulated item because of the expensive price tag making it so not everyone in the scam clans can buy them. You'd be safe if you bought it after the drop stablizes.

It's unfair to all the players that do follow the rules. Also, if they start letting people get away with small things like this people will think it's alright to afk train and just do it on a larger scale. Not many people AFK bandits anymore but I have seen acouple J mods around there checking on them in the past.

I remember... no bank in lumbridge no tutors "Egg me" when rune plates had the realy long arm pieces when seen in your inv when the general store had a pot with flour as the symbol when slayer was new when farming was new when construction was new and when merchanting actually required skill Eh....a lot more but it's late. Death Plateau(look up on the world map). Kill the regular melee ones not the rock throwers. Melee them of course and you can use a cannon. Alternatively you if you have trollhelm tele you can tele there a kill the ones by the troll stronghold.

Prayer: Wyvern or dragon bones. Firemaking: Maple logs Herblore: Prayer pots or super defence pots(you'd have to look into which is best whenever you do herblore). Agility: Ape atoll should be fine at 72. Theiving: Plunder Farming: Herbs and marigolds every hour while your training other skills. Runecrafting: Natures with graahk. Hunter: Red sallies or chins it's your choice. Summoning: Charms from slayer. Slayer all your combat wishes :)
