Funny story behind this. My target, someone who cheated on a dds dm with veng, recoils, and claws, became my target again. This time that wasn't happening so I grabbed range and a dds and kept attacking him and making him bank for food until his timer was so low he had to hop. Well he hopped and ate a few times until again that timer got low. Then he started portal hopping well I chased him around until some clan tbs me and I out run them and hop. So I bank at MB and grab tb's and when I log back in he's in edgeville. I tb'd him and since he didn't have a terrorbird I was able to catch up to him and he hopped again. Well he moved spots and I chased him to the bandit camp. I was doing alot of damage until the TB wore off and he teled. Well his safezone timer ran out so I get a new one. Well this guy a simple tricker didn't realy want to do anything but sit in a safezone but I convinced him to just die to me with no items. Well I'm glad he did my friend was waiting for me to trick with him and had been ever since I hit 100% EP following that first target. Well I kind of laughed a little and was shocked that I got my 2nd one today and that makes 4 in 3 days. No fm brawlers though #-o [hide=Earlier Zaros-Sat Jun 27, 2009 7] [/hide]

Ya I got a new computer about 4 months ago and play HD when I go on stuff like pk trips with Panic Patrol so I had just left it on for that dds dm. *prays for fm brawlers*

Yesh O ya and.... So I get a target and we agreed to DDS dm pure set and brew sip. Well he's like um.........kill me he didn't have anything on him besides his dds. Well I special him out and don't even bother sipping pure set. Yay Pvp system? B2b target kills that yielded a zaros :D

ooh cool, thanks for the tip, ill do that then. You don't have to keep clicking just click it once after you get attacked I do it all the time at dark beasts with rune ore.

I used to get magic levels while teleporting alot. O ya and those HP levels they always seemed to sneak up on me somehow. :lol:

Well he decides to come to mage bank with maxed mage gear and elysian SS. Attacks me then some massive 126 arcane wieliding clan runs by and sees him and freaks. They tb him and start spam barraging while he tries to tank it for over 5 minutes. Well he makes it with 1 brew and 50 prayer. Then he sits at the bank flaming the clan and I get a new target. Some guy in edge and we agree to dds dm. We go at it and well it turns out to be an end to a good day: Also got 90 FM from my favorite brawlers: Got attacked right as I leveled :wall: Well one more set of FM brawlers and Pvp is done until after 99 slayer. So everyone pray for FM brawlers for me :pray:

I'll believe that 3rd age has turned when I see it. Claws are now crashing. People in W2 trying to sell for 27M and can't get buyers. Partyhats are being merched, but they are going to try to merch 3rd Age. If 3rd Age is successful, they'll dump Partyhats. Just a warning. ;) So they are going to dump a rare item that there won't be any more of for an item that has more and more come in everyday? Sounds very stupid to me. It seems like a decent buyout but it can't last for long because the public demand for something like 3rd age is low and it isn't an item commonly used as a goal like partyhats are. In the end partyhats will be on top just because there will be no more of them unlike 3rd age, spirit shields, and every other item like it.

Well it used to be 2m/hr steady if someone nettled with their target but now you have to fight for real or dds dm so it's less. But it's still minimum 1m/hr with brawlers added onto that. It's too much money for doing nothing especially considering half of pvp is doing it. Even though I do tricking quite often(mainly for brawlers) I agree it should be nerfed. BTW you can pj wind bolters after 5 minutes of them splashing in BH worlds but not in pvp worlds because of an unknown bug. So wind bolting is rare these days it's turned into d spearing while watching TV or something.

Fish brawlers lasted 180 catchs with sc harpoon at the lvl 34-37 wild fishing spot. Lasted about 1.5 SC harpoons btw.

Supply and demand eh? Ya sure you can call it that but when you create demand and cut off supply your altering with the economy is a negative way. When there was price manipulation before the GE it was small and only lasted for hours and usually would only effect big time items such as rares or high level armour. There was no way possible to buy out every single super attack potion preGE because there was always this one herlorist out there willing to sell to you. It's not realy supply and demand and it wasn't there as much as it is now. I suggest you come up with some valid points and change the tone if you want to be taken seriously. This thread is to come up with ideas to benifit both sides so noone gets hurt very much. It seems as this has become yet another what is right and what is wrong thread and I'm sure if it continues this way we won't get anything done and these ideas would be in vain because of a few people who decided to take this thread in the wrong direction. Once more.....this thread is to discuss ideas to fix the GE and benifit both sides so get back to that topic!

Most people won't risk their account for 1m a day or so it's just not worth it. Banning them would cause them to quit hurting players which I will discuss later. When you ban these players you help runescape as a whole so it's a good thing. They arn't ruining the game for others the leaders lie to their members and tell them to dump days after they actually did and tell them to buy days after. Most players in up losing money from price manipulator clans. Of course you'll say "they have every right not to join them and participate. Yes thats true but when they buy out an item like super attack pots along with irits and irit seeds people can't buy the pots, make the pots, or get herbs for the pots. This hurts the players directly making them not able to train as efficiently as they should have been just because some people decided to have 100K+ of them in their bank for the only reason to manipulate others and make money. You can choose to never log into a pvp world in your life but you don't have a choice if the item you want suddenly gets bought out and either makes you pay more for it or they can't get it at all. They hurt players directly and the players can't do anything about it. That was considered a bannable offence when I first started but the rules have changed. I have been offering the same strong arguments this entire thread and the thread before this it is that they hurt players and the players can't do anything about it. You and the others who support these price manipulators havn't provided us with one strong argument that has lasted the length of this thread yet. If you have one I realy want to here it. I tend not to reference things to real life because I own this is a game and I'm pretty sure I havn't said anything about real life and runescape being related. I havn't seen anyone saying "omg they are meanies and they are bad n st00f" without giving a reason to why they are bad for Runescape. Abusing a system is thinking outside the box? Maybe but if your doing it and hurting others it's not something Jagex likes players to do. If your saying abusing a system is thinking outside the box then the same can be said about the people who found noclip glitchs which caused to millions being rwt'd and many people getting advantages over others. They thought outside of the box and found ways to no clip to places does that make them in the right? No infact it makes them in the wrong and many of these people get banned for doing this. I sumed alot of this up but it's late and I don't have time to reply to everything you said.

Welcome to the world of a buy out your 3rd age is super rare and then 10 seconds later is unsellable junk that you can't get rid of for weeks.

I like this, this would make people have to fletch in multi combat areas or high level wilderness making it a big risk to get EP.

Blue partyhats are starting to be traded around with combinations of some items but it's still better than a week ago so blues are back on the market. Meaning they're not junk anymore.

Ya it's just another attempt at a buy out but the public is not going to pay 55M for some pretty armour and the people who did already have it so it's basically no use trying to buy it out anymore. These buyouts are usually a pay for big clan leaders to dump their 3rd age on the wanna be merchants trying to get in on the buyout. So if I was you I'd sell it if you don't want it anymore.
