I don't play anymore, but the most common issues I noted were: Price manipulation/ merchant clans buying out large amounts of stock. Unbalanced combat system. "Honor" PK'ing. The majority of players are pre-pubescent kids that can't form legible words, and use leetspeak or text language to communicate. A horrid, unpredictable screwed up economy caused by the manipulators/merchant clans.

What you're asking for is a fairly narrow category, and tumblr is quite good for it in my opinion - I looked for a blog service for my Le Créateur blog and tumblr catered for what I wanted. You could try blogspot, it has a fairly simple interface to post images and text, but has a HTML editor for any advanced formatting ;)
