  1. Does he have the correct requirements to run Photoshop? Also, Photoshop has trouble running on Vista SP1, so if you can, upgrade it to SP2.
  2. It's actually ink on acetate, but that doesn't matter :P You can find them here OR here.
  3. I could just imagine the police knocking on your door and saying "We're arresting you on suspicion of taking candy for a baby", and then having a trial that gets covered on TV :P

I got my Sennheiser HD201 Headphones in the post, aswell as getting my August issue of Computer Arts agazine from my subscription. I've also been doing paid website designing for an adhesive company.
  5. @great_one: We have noticed, it's just our workers haven't been on much today, and I've been busy doing paid website design. I do assure you though, it'll be done soon. @dfchester: We have noted your request, but as with great_one, I've been designing this website. @sellyoursoul: Sorry to be a pain, but would you mind changing the stock image? I've tried to do stuff with it the last few days, but I can't get a nice result from it :| I really apologize if it's inconvenient. Also, I'll take this opportunity to make an announcement On Monday evening, myself AND and killerwatt will be leaving to go to a wedding in Greece. We'll be gone for a week, in which time we won't be able to do requests as we won't have computer or internet access. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. During this period administration of the shop will be taken over by Skully  - Sam & Jake
  6. Mmh, unfortunately I guess a robot outside of the computer would be considered "3rd party" as you yourself are not playing it, but I think Jagex would have a hard time detecting it, lol I'm not saying to do it but it would be funny to watch  Not when you don't reply to someone speaking to you in-game, though.
  7. It's certainly an idea, though considering the reputation of Runescape in most secondary/high schools, it'd be highly scrutinized.
  8. I'd imagine it's some communication tool that Jagex might implement in the future.

The oil is thick, and you cannot move easily, so you drown quicker.

Drowning in a huge vat of olive oil.
  13. Welcome to the education system.
  14. Stock from http://everystockphoto.com
  15. Photobucket changes all my stuff to .jpg nd puts it to like 40% quality now :?
  16. Duplicate the folder and save it onto a device ;)
  17. I do like it, though the anatomy of both faces seem a little weird, the most obvious mistake being the cheeks, particularly on the guy. The girl just looks like a triangle shaped chin :/ If you wanted to do this particular style, then ignore what I've said ;)

The first one could be alot better - if you took away: -The dot pattern. -The lines in the middle with the scanlines. -The pentool lines. -The bokeh texture. -One or two of the circles. You really need to rethink this piece if you want it to look good. Think more about lighting and depth rather than repeating effects (it seems like you have). I think maybe if you got a picture of some proper headphones, not a headset it would look a little more dynamic, but that's down to preference, eh? The colours in the piece are nice though. If you are looking for inspiration on this kind of artwork, take a look here - The second piece is definitely the better one of the two, though it still has some issues: -The render you used is very common and does nothing to help the piece. -The random bits of smudging (texture?) -Splatter brushing with clipping masks - this technique tends works on tags and not larger artwork -Monotone color scheme - It looks ok right now, but a wider color scheme would be more pleasing to the eye. If you want inspiration for this sorta stuff, check out this category on deviantART. KIU
  19. I've nearly been caught watching porn :P
  20. Stop bickering over the two applications - both have their distinctions, and disadvantages; in the end Adobe is just better suited to the market.
  21. Really nice stuff, I love your use of coloured paper because many origamists (:P) I've seen only tend to use one colour of paper. Using many makes them so much more eye catching and appealing.

    1. I am entitled to an opinion 2. I'm not a troll Perhaps my criticism was a little vague, but I don't see it as a trolled post.
  23. I think this piece has a lot of potential to be great, but you should to consider; -The thickness of the black lines - I can see what you've tried to do but they're a little too thick for my liking. You should also change the colours to white to make it look more natural, because it look akin to a oil spill right now :P -Shading: It looks nice, but it does detract some attention from the surfboard as it does seem a little too emphasised. Try using a more subtle colour scheme that pleases the eye more and doesn't distract. Perhaps less saturation would add to the aesthetics? Sorry about my previous criticism, if it did seem a little harsh.
