I like it personally, the use of gradients is good, and it's nice to see some different stuff to the usual :shock:

Effects spam (lol) looks great :P Maybe reduce the height, I think sometimes you make your tags too high :uhh:

Impressive I've only just noticed now, but his head seems a tad squashed; it might not be, but the face coming out the hood certainly does.
