Not London. If you did that, you'd be better off staying in Indiana. Uni's outside of London tend to be less expensive - personally I would reccomend the University of Western England, or Bournemouth. The cost will still be high for a foreign student though.

1GB RAM? That could be your problem. Also media center operating systems are NOT designed for running super-high detail games (it's kind of in the name :P )

It's been proven often enough that Firefox renders web-pages better than internet explorer, and now, more and more websites are getting developed for Firefox, not IE.
