    No, by doing so you replace the water you lose through being sick. Today I went to school, and then went over to my friends house where I helped him plan making a longboard.

    Don't get ABEC bearings! You can get dedicated skateboard bearings.

    Both boards would be good commuter boards, although the second board looks better to me. There's no difference between skateboard/longboard bearings, although buying a set of Bones Reds - (they are dedicated skateboard bearings) would be a good idea. A good board by a decent company will cost you about $150-$175 complete. Take a look round the shops I've linked to and have a little browse.

    Don't blow all your money at one Rach. Just saying.
  6. Wait For Me by Vangelis Blade Runner is a great album. Strictly speaking it isn't a soundtrack because it has voiceovers in some of the tracks.
  7. Sounds hawt. I like girls that aren't always diet conscious, and not a vegetarian. Definitely. So I was talking to this girl that I've been getting attracted to and we started to talk about food. She told me she likes pretty much every type of meat and I was like <3: So many vegetarian girls now a days. Every type? ;) Giggity giggity ;D

    It is worth customising your board, I got my new wheels (Abec 11's) and they make so much difference. EDIT: Bought some new bushings;
  9. I'm on Sky Broadband D: Although we're cancelling and moving to an LLU provider, because Sky Broadband sucks.

    If it's available on Blu-Ray I tend to buy it (if it's cheap). I have a decent home cinema system with surround sound, so why not put it to good use?

    You can buy the deck, a decent set of trucks (Randal R2 180mm) and some decent bearings (Spitfire Burners) and 1/4 inch risers for $157.50. Buy that, then obtain another $50-$60 to buy some Abec 11 70mm Retro Zig Zags. With what I recommended will give you a nice cruiser for going around town.

    Take a look at the AU/NZ stores I linked to - look through those stores, link me to a few boards that tickle your fancy. Sector 9 are good beginners boards, but they tend to overprice their stuff a little bit - the decks themselves are good but the trucks/wheels etc aren't the best.

    Honey is better for you I'd imagine, seeing as it is natural. Do you not like marmalade or chocolate spread?

    I think exactly the same as you, will_holmes. But us, as individuals can't do much, you need a lot to force a change to bureaucracy.

    Probably just cruising for now, I can buy new stuff later on if I really get into it. What are bushings? :# http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bushing_(isolator) http://www.daddiesboardshop.com/bushings.aspx

    From wikipedia; A longboard generally can be as short as 25" (64cm) to around 60" (190cm) in length, but are not restricted by length. Longboards and the idea of longboarding predates most writing about skateboarding, so the inventor of longboarding is unknown. As well as being longer than a standard skateboard, longboards may also be equipped with larger, softer wheels which afford a smoother ride. However, there are many different uses for longboards. Because longboards are longer than a typical skateboard, it takes less effort to reach higher speeds and makes turning or "carving" much easier. A fairly modern sport, originating in the US during the 1950's by surfers attempting to emulate the feeling of surfing on the road/sidewalk. My Setup: Mindless 44" Hunter 92A Independent Bushings Abec 11 70mm Retro Zig Zag Wheels Stock trucks (not sure whether I shall be upgrading trucks) ABEC 5 bearings - soon to be Bones Reds Longboarding shops around the world (PM me for other countries); • US - Daddies Board Shop / Muir Skate / Motion Boardshop • UK - Skateboards Of Choice / Octane Sport / Stoked Longboards • Australia - Skateboard Express / Boardshop Longboarding is not a cheap hobby. If you buy a board you should commit to use it. A decent deck starts at around $80-$90. If there are any questions you have about longboarding I shall try my best to answer them! P.S - Wear a helmet!
