Correct be if i'm wrong but disruption shield basically doesn't at all work against claws(it would negate the first hit, but you can still do the same amount of damage if you hit on the 2nd or 3rd hit) so it's only KS and AGS which are really affected by this, and not everyone needs protection from those. It's useless against bosses. It would have been useful for dungeoneering(tanking high damaging special attacks) but unfortunately, it can't be used there. well veng counts the claw spec as one hit, so its possible disruption shield negates the whole spec.

i look down on skillcapes in general. sw for pray, firecape for melee, ava's for range, mage arena cape for magic spottier or ava's for skilling there is actually no need for a skill cape unless for fancy dress parties or something
