Things you don't like on your opposite sex
Not even the occasional glass of red when dining out? I used to smoke and even though I've stopped smoke doesn't bother me in the slightest. If I could find a girl who could come close to out-swearing me I'd be in love.

BF3 is definitely going to be the shooter I buy this year. To be honest MW3 wouldn't be worth pirating for me.

Wonder if that was on purpose :P. Knowing Valve it probably was. I have 37/50 achievements on steam now, and I'll probably have them in the next few days. My friend and I are also going to replay it a ton, because we both want to completely memorize the dialogue and exactly what happens. It'll probably take me like 10 playthroughs lol. I already have like 12 hours on the game, which I think is a little crazy o.o 15 hours, sup. I've been working full time too. Only 33/50 achievements though.

Limewire sued for $75 Trillion
Going on rediculous patents, how about patents on the human gnome, and patents on a myriad of things found in nature. I recall a few years ago a farmer went on the news because a company was suing him because traces of something they patented could be found in his crop, because the next farm over bought the pesticide and winds and rain blew small amounts of the pesticide over. I've also heard of people being sued over something patented that naturally occurs in the animals it's fed to.

Today I spent 15-20 minutes trying to get a skid, which is a small pallet off the back of a van. It'd fallen over while I was driving around, and even with a forklift we couldn't get it back up because of how it was sitting. In the end it took 3 people to get it upright, it weighed 500kg too. Also got my birthday presents off my immediate family early since I won't see any of them apart from my dad before next week. I got a gift card, wallet, some work socks as I was in desperate need of some more, and an i5 2500 CPU which is still on its way.

Gun Control
Really? Then again I don't care much for what people consider moral, morals change with society. Yes really, and of course morals change with the times. Would you still say that if I told you that 33% of rape victims will have suicidal thoughts and 13% will attempt suicide? [1]

48÷2(9+3) = ????
How can math be ambiguous? Its one answer, no matter what. Or else it wouldn't be math. Questions can be ambiguous. Answers and the maths within can't be ambiguous and still be correct, even if the answer is that the question is ambiguous. The mistake here is with the syntax, not the maths itself. We're not destroying the fabric of causality here, we're just saying that the asker should have typed in a goddamn bracket. I still don't see how this question is even remotely ambiguous. There's a reason why PEMDAS/BIDMAS/whatever exists. I don't know how your experience with math went, but I've always been given expressions with the least possible amount of brackets possible. There is a confusion about whether just the 2 is multiplied by the (9+3), or if the whole 48/2 fraction is multiplied by the (9+3). Division and Multiplication occupy the same 'priority', so it's ambiguous even if BIDMAS gets involved. You wouldn't get this problem if it was fully displayed. The best approach with text equations is 'When in doubt, put brackets in to clarify'. You're not going to get any prizes for efficient text equation writing when it causes this amount of confusion. When they're in the same priority you work it out from left to right.

I'm getting an i5 2500 for my birthday, and I've ordered a new mobo and some DDR3 RAM. I've been told all of that will be delayed, and it's a week till my birthday, so I'm hoping it arrives by Thursday, else I won't get it until next Wednesday at the earliest due to the ANZAC Day public holiday being on Tuesday.

No Coke. Remember the lifestyle change, Tim. I have been cutting back immensely compared to before, main reason I do drink it is at home I get bored and cant afford to go out often, which is why when I had my previous job, I was up and active and barely drank any coke. Had to reread that to make sure Tim wasn't snorting coke. We're not roommates yet, so you don't have to fear that he is.

Giving people more value than others? Slow down Furah, TIF can't handle such 'immoral' stances. You're right, I'm expecting too much.

Gun Control
A bit contradictory isn't it? You would WANT to protect your children. Besides avoiding school shootings, all such law would protect is the parents getting shot at by their kids. It sounds like another case of unnecessary government protection from ourselves, since it's the parents fault for risking it in the house. No the law would prevent smaller children from playing with their gun and accidently shooting themselves or preventing school shootings. Also, yes the law would be unnecessary, but it also would be helpful if put inplace.. Come to think of it, the people who are weaker in terms of physical strength are the ones who most benefit from guns. My youngest sister is rather small for her age, and on top of that she had a stoke before birth, meaning that she has spastic cerebral palsy. She in no way could defend herself from a rapist by force, but with a gun she has a fighting chance. I want you to tell her that you want to keep guns away from her to keep her and my family safe. Tell her you would rather her be raped than to own a gun. And what would you tell the mother of the child that your sister shot either accidently/or meaning to? Would you tell her that you would rather own a gun than have her child still be alive? If the child had been shot on purpose, there would have been a reason for it. Would you rather your own sister to be raped, over some person you don't even know being shot? If you don't have a sister, what about your mother? Your grandmother? Your closest female friend?
