Accidentally falling asleep on the first day back of term. Granted, it was semi-deliberate staying in bed but I didn't mean to fall asleep again. And I didn't wake up until 08:20, and my bus was at 08:16. <_<

that sounds like its part of the ice and fire song, etc. series - is it? I just read the wikipedia page of that series - had never heard of it before - and was completely astounded and engrossed for a few hours. it sounds like fantasy writing at its best. No, it's not in ASoI&F. It goes Game of Thrones, Clash of Kings, Storm of Swords (I think), A Feast of Crows and finally A Dance Of Dragons, with another few to be released in a few years. :thumbup:

I despise unclear timetables. Instead of telling people the buses don't operate on public holidays in writing that everyone can see, they decide to put it in tiny writing beneath everything else, right at the bottom of the timetable. And because of that I miss another bus, which also annoyed me because I was standing at the stop and it drove straight past me! :wall: :wall: :wall: /rant on buses.

I'm tempted to get XBL again so I can play this, but I don't want to in case I start spending too much time on it again. :unsure:

Speaking of COD4, I was playing it yesterday at my friend's house on Chinatown. It was hilarious; even though they had 2 capture points I was picking them off easily and I got at least 2 fifteen killstreaks picking them off from the central house as they tried to spawn camp us. :thumbsup:

It's well documented Treyarch games have terrible hit detection. Your issue with MW3 is probably due to the whole compensation stuff, CoD4 and MW2's hit detection however was next to flawless. That's not the point he's trying to make. It's not just the BlOps that has stupid things like ghost in it. Bloody hell, remember OMA+Danger Close? He's not on about the HIT DETECTION. He's on about in-game things that are OVERPOWERED. Like he said 'that's just how it is.' Why can't everyone stop whining about games they don't even play anymore? <_<

Where's the stream? I don't mind seeing subtitles as long as I can watch it. :P

Strangely, I've had the opposite happen where I lock in under 5 seconds and I kill in one hit. Weird. Has anyone found a good burst assault rifle yet? I'm not digging the tweaks on my KH2002 M16A4, AN-94, and AEK-971 are my favorites. AEK-971 I find the best out of those. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it has the quickest ROF and with foregrip and heavy barrel it's pretty much a laser.

This idea I have will only work if you have weekly/monthly/however long bus passes, but if you or her get a bus pass then you can go to wherever for (basically) free if you do it often enough. Then again, you may be losing money in the form of not using the pass enough. That's what I would do, but seeing as where I live there's a service like that it's a good thing to consider. To be honest, the only thing I have really found disturbing is the comic on the last page. The rest of it isn't bad at all imo. I think you're right. I'm a bit scared of watching some of them, but of the ones I did aren't that bad at all. By the way, are you serious about the comic? I was so close from watching it all then I got scared. :ohnoes: Well put it this way; if you're scared, hover your finger over Ctrl+W (close tab). It's not especially bad, it's just shocking if you don't know what's coming which makes you freeze for a second, which was the bad part. :P

Is there any reason why TF2 should run so slow on my laptop? The fact it's a laptop could be why, but it worked fine on an older one. <_<
