Exactly, youve stated how inefficient skilling is for money. Isnt this an indication that skilling needs to be improved somewhat? No. MH should be FAR more profitable for numerous reasons: 1.) Time spent getting high enough skills to MH efficiently. 2.) Money spent on gear to MH well. 3.) Money spent on skills such as prayer/herb to MH well. 4.) Risk. There is always risk. I've been at GWD where the whole world lagged out, and everyone in the boss room died before. 5.) Input. I don't know any boss which is easier to AFK then fishing/mining/wcing. 6.) Time. Most bosses take preparation time, and time commitment then any skilling money maker, unless perhaps herb runs. However, herb runs are profitable already, and aren't a part of this discussion. 7.) Cost. Even though there are averages, dry streaks still occur, and one needs cash to cover supplies. There are more, but I think I made my point. Also, if you skill, why do you need as much money? Most gear is for killing things anyways, and unless you are looking at aesthetic items such as party hats and certain TT items, you shouldn't need as much cash. And I make ~4.5m gp/hr at DKS. Why shouldn't I? I spent hundred of hours, and over 1b on my gear and stats. If you want to make that kind of money, train up. Hell, I've trained attack more then DOUBLE the amount you've trained ALL your skills. And yet you tell me I shouldn't make good cash? If I have a better education then you IRL man, I'm probably going to be making far more then you. This is why nobody likes you

You're probably in disbelief that something makes money that is lower leveled, hits less and is a perfectly viable alternitive to flesh crawlers. Pretty sure he knows what he's talking about, he's put his fair share of time into the game. Killing men in edgville is atleast 250k an hour, more if you decide to bank the bones too. From what? Bones are like 200gp each. Swamp tar (100% drop from cave slime, 1-9 of them) is 345 gp atm AND it stacks. Getting iron boots (22k) from cave slime is just like getting ranarr (8k) from men. Oh yeah, don't forget the uncut gems on both, and the chaos talismans (6k each). If you buy 8 antipoisons++ (about 40k) then you can be at cave slime for what, 6 hours? If you could explain to me how in hell you can make 250+k per hour at edgeville men (always crowded with noobs, how would i look with my red blessed d hide in there lol), maybe i would believe you. Most of the time, you get 3 gp from men. 3+200 is 203, which, i believe is less than 345. Yes, i know that you can kill men faster. Well, until you run out of antis, you never have to go to a bank with cave slime. Better xp. Oh yeah, didn't i say this was a viable alternative to flesh crawlers? If men were better, then there wouldn't be anyone at the flesh crawlers ever right? Oh, and cave slime have the same(ish) defence as flesh crawlers, hit less, and THE SAME HP. Therefore, they are the same xp, the same money as flesh crawlers, never crowded, and the most profitable item stacks. Hell, I've been killing cave slime like 3 a minute now for 3 hours and i have made nearly 400k. Now look me in the metaphorical eye and tell me that isn't a viable alternative to fleshes. Perspective, perspective, perspective. I've noticing that no one arguing against me is around my level? Oh wait, thats because i'm like the noobiest person here. Oh well, noobs deserve some representation on these forums. I must've missed this "comeback" post. There you go. This guy posts a topic trying to help people, and they act like elitest [puncture]s and tell him his method is bad. Then the OP comes back and completely shreds their pathetic attempts at flames. You bring up a good point, I am 99 hp but not 99 sum (I would love to have this higher). The only thing I dislike about them is I find them immensely boring. The other reason I wasnt too keen on them is I am currently going for 99 farming, and its a pain to get to rock crabs, and I would have to tele out ~every hour to do a farming run. However, your point about it being more or less necessary for 99 sum is very true, perhaps I'll work on a different skill while I farm :)

Thats not bad, money isnt a huge issue, I just dont want to blow my bank barraging to 99. I thought there were methods that raked in somthing like 250k exp an hour, but I also hear that they might have been nerf'd :o? Thanks for the reply =]

Well I'm going for 99 magic, and I'm 95 at the moment, and alching although semi afkable / I dont need to pay attention, just click, is slow exp. I know that lunar magics offer some faster yet more attention-requiring methods. Can anyone either tell me which ones can net you in good exp / hour, or link me to a guide? Thanks in advance ^^

I thought it was funny seeing how the Jmods dont communitcate well. MMG said the largest amount of boots he saw on an account was <3k. Another mod said he saw 91k. One mod says there is a leak, one mod denies it.

/pure signing in lolz/ A lot of pures train summoning. Im at 52, with the charms for like 65 banked. Many famous pkers have summoning, such as hiei the pk. Its very useful for pure wars as well. Pures take massive amounts of damage. Look at the forge revent thingy. It makes it so they cant move, eat, or change prayer for 5 seconds. Thats enough time for 4 pures to make another pure go from 99 -> 0 hp easily. The healing effects of the titans dont make you stop attacking, awesome for wars. So yeah, its a shame a lot of pures dont get smart and traing summoning more, it really is worth it. This is coming from first hand experience ;] A pure wouldn't be able to effectively use a healer, since any monster worth using a healer on would rip through a pure's defence too fast. Prayer potions = Win. ^ You're 45 def right? Either way you are wrong. Im not 68 summoning yet but the warlord of my clan is and he can last at waterfiends almost as long as mains can.

Its not a rant on low rate. Its a rant on people being downright cruel to lower levels on their threads for no apparent reason.

The point is that people that are new to the community can get pretty hurt when what they see as high levels demolishing what they view as hard work. I myself usually convince trolls to go kill themselves using superior logic hehe.

Well first of all: I got 13 def because I only play this for my clan. Now to bussiness. Why are people on rate this so negative these days? Now, not including my friends (socc, bling, tyler, gland), I saw a LOT of negative replys to my post. When I say negative, I mean people who were trying to shoot down my achievement. Now yes, 89 range isnt all that great compare to some stats, but why cant people give constructive critism like Xanotex did? Yes, he didnt give me a good rate, but he was polite about it and gave me ways how I could improve my account. I respect him a lot for that. Not sure is langer was being sarcastic, but either way his reply made me lol. Gilformen said I have other bad stats, which is true, but he wasnt rude about it like others were. Xxxgod as usual was trying to get people to do what Ive seen people do on rate this for the year that I have check it daily. Yes, Ive checked this forum daily to see how negative people are. And im disgusted. Mabye people can use the ones I listed above as an example of how to make a decent reply. Yeah, someones level isnt as good as yours, but im pretty sure when you got it you were happy. -Soupy out.

I know that? I just don't post it, as it sucks. And especially because your goal isn't even complete. Except it dosn't suck to me, so why do you need to tell me my achievement is worthless? Does it make you feel cool, or are you just a cold hearted person?

So basically my achievement, that I have worked for for over 4 months (25wks 1day 16hrs: 4,820,524) is worthless? You must feel good that you can put someone's achievement down and make them feel liek crap. :|
