Well its a good time killer, and instead of being bored on days with less than an hour to do something, at least im leveling skills on RS :)

Amazing work you've done. I hope I can run into you someday in game to chat :) I myself find myself getting into "xp grinding" but deep down i hate it and miss when i couldnt leave lumby cows for fear of getting lost. 8 years i've played now and i find myself quitting runescape everytime i get into that grind.... just to come back later :P

I know what he's talking about. I recently bought a 22'' screen for my desktop and the resolution is very high. The higher the resolution the smaller the runescape playing screen gets. So if you really want to make it bigger without going into HD or anything like that, right click the desktop, properties, and go to the option where you change your screens resolution, but try to keep the ratio the same. (You can obviously change it back whenever your done playing RS)

Well, once I knew my way from "the cows" (lumby) to falador and back i finally joined, the most trouble i had was figuring out where i was when i was a noob. I eventually started to enjoy woodcutting and had about 56 wc and around 40 att and str with around 30 def when i joined. I'm not sure what combat level i was though. Anybody can join whenever they want as long as they pay for it and know what they are doing. :P

I'm not sure if its the best way to train, but what i did from about 55 to 70 in 2-3 days was kill rock crabs with iron knifes and i also brought a mage short for the spec when i was bored :lol: i guess its up to you, but i liked that i didnt need food. good luck :D

IMO i just think that the graphics update wasnt to thank people for staying on rs, just to make the overall look better for people trying to compare the "bad" graphics to guild wars and WoW. I pked but sure, i got over it and now i've found other ways to have fun.

Dudy, i really like that idea, that would open the doors for so many more awesome rares. and about a weapon that would need like 95 attack... i think it would be cool if it were just as strong or even less strong as a godsword (i wouldnt mind) if it looked amazing and would be more for show like a skillcape. Kinda just to show you have that high of a combat stat or something, they have the sara,zammy,guthix croziers that you need 60 pray to wield. sooo idk, im up for higher requiremented weapons. and yes, i made requiremented up.

i did the puzzle in 20 mins ;)

just range guards or dark wizzy's. or something along those lines.

I would say go with the "getting the 1.5k tickets tickets" one because its fun to do, and if you get bored then go to wilderness.

I probably wouldn't mind a santa suit, even though they would probably make it non-tradable anyways... I just like the hat, hats are more fun for outfits because helmets are usually the least important. I dont think someone is going to go around doing slayer in a full santa outfit >.<

Well, I would call myself oldschool, but ATM I'd prefer to call myself a n00b... I've played back when I could have picked myself up a few christmas crackers, however, I was such a noob I had to ask people to take me back to the cows because that was the only place I knew >.< I didn't play on holidays up until around 05 anyways. Oldschool or noob, its just a matter of preference. :wall:

Good point, and thats been happening to me, not as much recently but even when I was cb level 50, there could be some level 60's and 70's that go around calling me a noob, just for having a lower combat level. :P Oh well, I could care less what people call me now.

I don't really hate anything about runescape right now, I've played for a good 4+ years, and everything Jagex does is going to benefit runescape... Why would they wreck their own game? But I do dislike the people who whine and complain on runescape -.-

I was thinking about getting torags with the SS... and as you said, giving it a try, but I dont want to hurry myself and buy stuff that wouldnt be worth it, and lose money :| thanks for the advice though :

Yeah, I know I shouldn't get sidetracked, but for one, I wouldn't mind having a higher str... lets say 85 str when im at 90 attack. Just because I'll hit higher, and I let myself get sidetracked, with wc, because thats another one of my goals. If I stick to one thing for too long I'll get bored of it and stop playing RS for a while. Thats just me though. Thanks for the advice =]

Alright, I've had a few goals for quite a while now. Basicly what my goals are.. is to achieve 99 attack with my whip, and when I get bored of training attack, to woodcut. Which I also want 99 for. My combat stats are: 83 attack 75 strength 75 defense I have made 11.5m by woodcutting yews, sometimes fletching them and alching. (81 fletching and 88 wc) I have grown quite bored of my full rune with rune defender, whip, and beserker helm and was wondering whether or not to buy... Dragon chainbody with dragon platelegs for around 10m Or start getting my strength up so i can high higher with a Saradomin sword for around 9.9m? I won't mind taking a break in my 99 attack goal, just because the Sara Sword hits as fast as a whip. But to make things short, If you had 11.5m, would you buy D chain and legs, or a Saradomin sword? OR should I just save up money for something else? Post your opinions on what you would want, and list some reasons why you chose it. thanks in advance :D -Jkrox4eva
