Fine, 2000(5 and a half real life years) years time you can build them, they will then take 90 million PP each. I believe that was something like how long it took the ancients to research them...Research cannot be sped up by anything, even random events. Also all wormholes will be on the star trek model, except that the gates anchor them. This means that matter can travel both ways, the wormhole will remain active for some years and violently explode when it has finished, it will also be non-instantaneous and will kick out lethal doses of radiation so cannot be transverse by single humans, but instead requires space ship transports. It cannot be blocked by any known method, but if the 'gate' is turned off at one end then wormhole will destabilize...sort of like a loose hosepipe...spraying its contents over the system and surrounding space. If two wormholes collide they will form a net, which is twice as hard to navigate but leads to 3 or 4 different locations. This can be cumulative, effectively linking all of space, but navigating this would be neigh impossible. Powerful explosions inside the wormhole will cauterize the link, turning the wormhole into a cul-de-sac. Actually the gates were developed during Janus lifetime as he made both the system itself and the milkyway design(second/third design). And why should wormholes be based on another show when the stargate version is mouch closer to what scientists believe to be their actuall behavior. Why are you guys so mouch against stargates when they are benificial to all of us?

Not to be nagging but if in order for me to make stargates I would be ready to compromise. As well I have some points to make clear before you start argumenting against it: -Wormholes are physically possible. -They can also be made artifically. -I know of one exotic matter which could be used as a stabilizer. -They require only 112 887 160 294 992 watts of power(aprox 113 terrawatt). -That ammount of power is available to me as to be generated by small devices January 5th. -The owner of the planet each gate is to be housed on can himself chose if and where it shall be situated. -All matter coming through the gate(including the unstable vortex that comeseach time the gate is activated) can be blocked by a barrier of "any" kind placed within micrometers of the event horizon. -They are one-way, an incoming wormhole cannot be traveled through with an exeption for radiation(such as radio waves), outgoing wormholes however can be used. -The DHD(dial-home-device) that comes with the gate can be replaced by some sort of advanced remote controll or dialing computer. -Gates can also be dialed by manually turning the inner ring. As you see this is in no way unfair, overpowered or physics-breaking.

Thank you. I now start construction of five manufactoring stations above both Dakara and Chulak, they will be equipped with rings, five medium-sized PEP turrets and shields, they are also fitted to take ZPMs as an alternate powersource to their naquadah-enchanced nuclear generators.

But could you please make it more tidy? I went there looking for a habbitable planet to colonize and came back none the wiser.

The new way the system/planet lis is set up takes years to look through(or I'm lacking some addon) and my planets as well as my allegiance is wrong; the planets are Dakara and Chulak, and the name of the allegiance is The Goa'uld Empire.

My smaller vessels and drones are capable of exiting through shield due to magnetic distruptors, the main weapon of the Daedalus; the EM-beam, is oblivously capable of penetrating the shield due to the fact that they are both focused EM-fields. But since you oblivously are afraid of those shields(which you shouldn't be as I wouldn't want to engage you) I can say that the shields are innert during and when exiting warp, with the exeption of Atlantis which needs the shields to maintain atmosphere. And you have oblivously never seen any sci-fi movie/series since you think shielded = invinsible.

His drones are just a little larger than fighters(I think), how are they supposed to do near-light speeds over "short" distances when they oblivously can't fit powerfull thrusters. Also I am partially imune to his main weapons as they operate by emmitting the same material I use in my shields, Ions, only mine are in the form of plasma, his are undetermined. 1. So then PEPs can't work in an area where there is matter everywhere (i.e. everywhere that isn't space?). 2. They're launched out of a high powered pressure cannon which uses a huge 85% lightspeed engine and four fusion reactors. 3. That's not my main weapon, railguns and fusion nukes are. And as we've said before, plasma windows would merely slow down those projectiles, not destroy/stop them. And Archi, then just send me back my fleets so I can devise a new battle plan. I'd rather not chance that he makes up some super defenses on me. Plasma windows stop any projectiles easiley, that is their sole purpouse, and PEPs do not hit things that are "invisible" like air.

And my ships are just about back now(as I said I called them back when you started circeling instead), and my stationary weaponry and leftover fighters and jumpers are more than capable of holding of your fleet for a few years. Snd what did you just do Archi? Kill my fleet in mid warp?
