  1. Great, it'll probably cost $1000 and have room for ten billion songs.
  2. I once got a reply from a pmod in game complimenting me on a thread I had (and still do) on the RSOF. I asked why didn't he just post and he said he was permanently banned from the forums (lol?). I accidentally sent him this: "Lol i'm talkin to a pmod whos banned from the forums" I was trying to talk to a friend. #-o
  3. EDIT: stupid image didn't load right, just a sec...
  4. All I can see is an extremely faint "L".
  5. All you're saying is that the United States has a horrible legal system, which I already knew. :P Yes. :

There's no exuce for violence... :|
  7. They did...in my old school.
  8. It depends what kind of meteor it is. You should go take it to a scientist if you're thinking about selling it. It looks really nice though.
  9. Because when its applied to real life it never works. As far as I have read on it, the only true socialist government that has ever existed was during lenin's reign, and that was quickly done away with when Stalin took power. And all the rest of them are either just crazy dictators who aren't really communists but use it to get into power, or people who don't understand its true ideals. Oh, and america is far too anti-communist, because the ultimate dream of the communist isn't really that different than the founding father's vision. Limited government, responsibility for your own life, no one using material wealth to gain influence over others, exactly the opposite of where the world is going. :P
  10. This kind of reasoning is the same thing that has led to Americans trying to justify torturing alleged terrorists. Putting a double standard of something is wrong. Taking vengeance is taking the easy, quick, and satisfying way out. Showing yourself as the better man and forgiving, or at least forgetting, is the hardest thing in the world. [bleep] forgiving the world has gone too political correct. An eye for an eye a tooth for a tooth, if you can scam a scammer, do it. If some one kills a member of my family or one of my good friends, im not going to leave it up to an impartial jury who didnt know the victim or the pain i felt, im going to skin the killer alive. [bleep] forgiveness, some people justy dont deserve to live. With pain brings bias and hate. Just because you might be the one who's hurting doesn't mean you have the right to take the almighty power of vengeance. And it certainly doesn't mean you can make a fair decision on what the correct punishment should be. I believe in reform, not crazy Nazi elitism in reverse. :| Can't you unserstand? Wars have been started by that philosophy. If someone smacks you, and you smack them back, he's probably just gonna smack you again, and then it'll turn into a bloody fight, one that probably would have never happened if you had just forgiven him for smacking you in the first place. Of course, if you can't understand that, there's always the practical risk of getting banned/muted. (which would be a fair punishment for your childish behavior) All I hope for is that the scammer will stop scamming and get himself back together. Yes, but they don't deserve to get violently lynched. :?
  11. 4) Mr. Bush finally finished his Dora The Explorer, Pokemon, Dinsey, and Toy Story collections! 5) Israel's attacking Iran. O_o 6) It went to fund a whole host of things that hardly anybody has any idea of or what they could possibly be

  13. I see what you mean. Even when I temporarily quit rs due to lack of time I still regularly use the TIF. I guess it's because it's easily accessible and has places for discussions on both runescape and real life. But I think part of it is that I like to be well informed on what's going on in runescape. I am also a frequent poster on the RSOF, which unlike some people's gloom assumptions actually isn't that bad of a place IF (the if's very important :P ) you know where to go. There are certain threads there which I go to all the time, because I know they have intelligent people posting on them. Sometimes I enjoy writing comments on updates than I do playing the game. :P
  14. I suppose you have a point. Runescape is starting to shift away from a game for new players to a game for combat-obsessed "high levels" (the real high levels i've seen admit that we're doing good in the combat department, but still seriously lacking in skills and quests).
  15. Yeah, they're too busy watching the Gladiator match while Rome burns to the ground. :XD: EDIT: I feel so bad, i'm making fun of the death of the republic. :(
  16. If you believe in the osculating universe theory then it would be theoretically possible that when the universe finally shrinks back into nothing another big bang will happen and the whole sequence would happen again, exactly the same as before. And it would do this again, and again, forever. Human history would also repeat itself exactly. Whoever you'd find in one life of the universe you'd find in another. In fact it's kind of depressing, knowing that all you're doing is playing out a script that's been set in stone for infinity and that you can't do anything about it. In theory a way to stop it could be out there, but, if humans didn't find it in the previous universes then there's no way we'd find them now (assuming that those previous universes once existed. If they didn't it just might be possible :D ) Did time really start a set number of years ago? Or did it exist before that?

you think thats funny? you think thats cool!?! what the hell goes on in your head? Lol. Quite. it was funny - the teacher was mean unfair and cruel - cussing at her was less than she deserved. and what goes on in my head is all becuase of a very bad childhood (more to come of it lolz) Well then you should work to break the cycle, not willingly continue it. There are probably quite a few teachers out there who shouldn't be teaching. But that doesn't mean that you should resort to violence to get your way. Even if it is frustrating, you'll have your life in your own hands soon, so don't worry (actually, with that temper, maybe you should :| ). School's supposed to be there to learn, not to practice throwing chairs at people.
  18. They're never going to find it. It's gone down the sinkhole of corruption.
  19. In 6th grade, me and my friends played freeze tag at recess and afterschool why waiting for the bus. And one day the teachers stopped us for some reason. I guess it was for "safety". But no one wrote a news article for that... :P
  20. I'd say smithing is the least updated skill, since out of all the things you can make the only things profitable are ranged equipment... Mining is also pretty close, since for a while most of the updates to it have actually been downdates (the new emote noticeably slowed down mining, especially iron). And then third on my list is FM, because it's the simplest and most linear thing I have ever seen. All you do is burn tens of thousands of logs. It's really annoying that Jagex seems to have their "favorite" skills that they update over the "unfavored" ones. Why the hell do we need more dragon weapons when we don't even have a simple pickaxe?
  21. Earlier today I was talking about runescape with a real life friend. At one point he mentioned getting a saphire necklace (he's a very low level) by scamming someone who was trying to scam him. Apparantly the guy was trying to let him borrow something of his and my friend said yes but only if he gives something of his first. So the scammer gave my friend the necklace and he logged out with it. :| Yeah, I know, pathetic f2p worlds... But, setting this very simple form of scamming aside, what if someone was trying to scam you out of a lot of money or a whip or something...and you see an opportunity where you can both stop the scam and get something of theirs, that is approximately the same value as what he's trying to scam you out of...would you? I wouldn't personally. I'd just report the scammer and log out so I don't lose my temper. And hopefully Jagex would give that scammer a black mark and a 7-day mute and he'd learn his lesson. I don't really want to take "revenge" or anything, as I don't see the logic in fighting something bad with even more of something bad. And besides that would just be greedy; profiting over someone else's mistake is exactly what the scammer's doing, unless you destroy whatever you took... And I don't think it would be right as a "punishment" either. That's supposed to be done by an unbiased third party like a jury and a judge (Or in this case, the bots at CS. Fabulous...), not by a short tempered adolescent filled with certain, well, unholy feelings... Unlike some people here, I don't think scammers are pathetic losers who need to be abused at every corner. All I do is hope that one day they learn so that attitude doesn't translate into problems for them in real life. Discuss. And I want more than two sentence answers. Remember this is Tipit, not the RSOF.
  22. The article said all that equals $8,000 for every person in America. This is one of the reasons the founders believed in limited government. What's the point of taxing the living daylights of everybody when it's not going to good use? Rediculous...
  23. Yeah, that and a neglect of the public school system in some urban areas. I would choose brains hands down. I like to stay away from other people anyway so it doesn't really matter how I look.

Revenge will be exacted upon you by way of the sword, until you are bucking, braying and pawing at the floor for mercy. Meh, I don't believe in revenge. : One day he'll realize it's wrong and stop. There's no point in causing more hate.
  25. Hi9im8Here7 replied to RSBDavid's topic in Off-Topic
What's the point of sueing if that will only cause more trouble? I'd recommend you'd just take it and be glad they're not accusing you of being a terrorist.
