Here's my maximum hit in F2P. I heard that the maximum hit in F2P is 32 due to the bonus of Rune Gauntlets. I don't know if it is true or not because I only managed to hit 31 several times.

I believe it's wrong due to many reasons which have already been mentioned in this topic. Runescape is a game not a place for dating and making relationships.

That's true. I didn't generalize it so not everybody would take that into account. It was just my own example to explain my opinion. It could be aimed at me but wouldn't be aimed at every single one.

What you have done is offensive and you shouldn't say it was unfair :roll:. The rule is pretty clear anyway: It already said that "try not to say anything that someone might find offensive". That was why you got reported, muted and black marks because someone found that what you had done was offensive and it was anyway.

I don't see why you have to disagree with the idea of f2p skillcapes just because you're a member. If the f2p version of the game was created just as a demo, then why do we have quests, pking, the ability to have some treasure trail items etc. Jagex is still making updates to the free version of the game, so they obviously don't want to lose people taking a serious intrest in the game, even if they are free players. I don't see why you have to oppose an opinion from a player that hasn't been a member anyway. Skillcapes are an extreme feature of the game that players can show their true achievements. If skill capes were for F2P too you wouldn't see many people thinking of getting members because there is already something special that they could get freely from the game to show their real achievements. You wouldn't see alot of people subscribing if that was the case. I always hear from people that they'd like to get members just to get a skillcape for their certain 99 skill. Anyway we'd never know because these are only assumptions that are made from our opinions. Plus, I have never been a member myself and I know it's pretty cool for F2P to have skill capes but I'm not really desperate for it just to show my achievements. However, If I were a member and noticed that skill capes were for F2P then I wouldn't carry on playing P2P because I could train the F2P skills to 99 and get the 99 skill capes for it. Jagex know very well what they're doing for the good of their own benefits.

Exactly. I've always seen f2p as a demo version, and p2p as the full game. As simple as it is. In fact, I think the game wasn't meant for f2p to get 99s. That's true. The game wasn't meant for players to get 99s anyway because it also consisted of quests, minigames and other things which players could have fun playing them. It depends on the players whether they want to train any of their skills to 99 or not. Probably It can be for the sake of challenge, competition or just to be in the top. Back to the topic, It would be cool for F2P to have skill capes but if i were a member I would contradict the idea about F2P getting skill capes. If people really want to get extra game's features then they can pay to play if not then just play for free.

It might not be as popular as it is now. People can easily access the game via the internet and play. I wouldn't think many people would buy Runescape if it was played on disks because there are other good recent games that are much better than Runescape. Plus there are other online games nowadays in shops which look really good comparing to their graphics and game play for example.

M N H Clever: F2P I didn't realize that Tip.it Hi-score List has been changed till now (one for F2P and one for P2P) as I was added on the old List but I don't see that List anymore. Anyway, great job to the people who maintain this :.
