Yeah no reason at all to keep an armour set that is black but has stats comparable to rune and looks really awesome ...Yes, exactly. I might as well sell it and buy barrows armour, or maybe even bandos. The elite black armour doesn't even look that great. Lol you beat me to it. The armour is pants effectively, just a black version of rune. Looks are for noobs, it's stats most people care about and there is no real reason to keep this pile of junk unless the next big quest requires it. I sold mine for max (250k) as I couldn't be bothered making loads of junk. I will buy it back once all the hype has died down, just for the possibility of needing it for the next quest. The item will drop in price. People can only do the quest once, and once people realise that Barrows is still better (why wouldn't it be) then they will sell the elite. However there won't be a market for it then, as most people will have done the quest and rune is still better than Elite (and a lot cheaper). So they will sell mid price on GE. If you are savvy and rich you can then horde sets until the next part of the quest (I'm guessing quest #150) and use the time in between to make a load of junk which you can then make a killing from in the new quest. However it's a bit too much hassle for me, and I like helping others not shafting them. [/hide] dont you get eilte free during quest anyway......... Yes, but not everyone can start the quest so they buy it to look cool. Imo the armor is ugly :D

still need to borrow the set? Elite armour can not be "lent" to anyone. Yeah I know, by lending I meant that hell give me some money for the set and after he doesnt need it he would hopefully sell it back.

i dont think id be really playing if that was how rs was today, heard alot about rs from the hardcore people but like one of the tip.it's top story things said. the range was as slow as melee so it wasnt worth lvling. guessing there was probably more skills like that and yea rs2 made everything really worth lvling. i even made a tank for f2p even though melee's supposed to be stronger. but somehow it owns everything with the same combat (sometimes higher :D). and look at the difference between graphics. classic looks like southpark Your mother looks like southpark, RSC for the win.

You try hurrying up and maintaining a 4.0 GPA average while attending college :D. I'm sorry but I value my studies over gaining a 99. In my case there's no rush.
