It will take longer if you level all your points first, but once you reach max, it will be a hella lot faster to get the torso. Just save your points and get the torso, if you enjoyed the process, continue to master each role.

Slayer and green drags are the only things you seem suited for, maybe barrows, but i can never get a constant flow of cash from there.

Slayer, it may not get you fast money but you will sure as hell wish you had trained it when your a high level. Green Dragons only exist in wild, your best bets are either Bh bank or Edge.

Sara sword if you have the cash.

They are decent, but get your range to 60 before you try them.

Mole, you could also try going to bandos massacres. Other than that, you might need to train alot.

Spile shields, battle robes, dragon gloves, just sell those, unless the prices have changed....

Who says you need guthans for sara?

Yes, rethink why you are doing this, whats the point of being able to say, "I used to play runescape, I have an account with 99 str" If you want an accomplishment go for attack or defence... by far more useful.

Best stats would be maxed. Otherwise 85s across the board, maybe higher range for armadyl and sara, also 70 prayer. Try arma or sara if you want more money.

Kill them in the fortress, dont know where exactly, but make sure you bring pendant, also your gear and invo are amazing..... The difference between 80 and 85 defence for tanking avainsies arent that big, you can still do it efficiently. Happy Ranging

All you have to do is make sure they are all directed towards you, then tank through them, way easier then just trying to kill them while at the same time trying to watch for jads attack.

Train your range and prayer, if you plan on doing slayer, buy guthans until you are able to use a bunyip(68 summoning)

If you go to a massacre, your stats wont matter too much ( assuming you go to bandos) but you should have 80-85 in melees, along with a decent prayer level. Any other monsters in there are not really worth killing with your levels unless you have 83 slayer, or a decent range level for aviansies

No, you cant, that would defeat the purpose of having certain quests.

No offense to you, I never said 40 mining was amazing for gold mining, he has 46, he should do just fine, 50 mining is not crucial, just a bit more beneficial.

Just mine gold, I had 40 mining when I started, and i got 10 levels there, and I was against level 70+ miners. Dont worry you will do fine.

I think your best bet would be either Bandos or Zammy, preferably Bandos, I think he is easier to solo. Toast has a great guide for it.... I will see if i can find a link..... :
