That depends on which sub-quests you choose. There in order of difficulty so the most difficult one you need to do is the requirement.

I reckon RS3 would be something like WoW. Meaning you would need a disc to run it and the graphics would be at the same standard WoW is now. It that case wow (bad pun) I would definitely play RS3

I dont think that building belongs solely to Jagex, if you Google it quite a few businesses are addressed there. They most likely own a floor or something there.

Did it mention anything about the requirements for the bow? It may be 60 range, in which case it will be worse than the crystal bow (which has free ammo) So it may not even by as popular?

To fully complete the museum you have to have completed Demon Slayer, Hazeel Cult, In Aid of the Myreque, Making History, Merlins Crystal, Observatory Quest, Priest in Peril, Rune Mysteries, Shield of Arrav, A Tail of Two Cats, Temple Of Ikov, The Grand Tree, What Lies Below and (possible both) the Shadow Minigames

Its not one off, every time you get more kudos you can get more experience from the Clerk

I think you get the 10k lamp for completing the shadow robes and/or shadow sword mini quests. Thats the story I told him, then I got the lamp.
