  1. First, realize that the mystic mud staff only provides water and earth runes, NOT air. If it isnt providing you with earths either, you probably hit a glitch, unequip it and reequip, and if that doesnt work, restart the game ;)
  2. I really don't know much about this, so bear with my possibly stupid question :P Is the amount of resources you retrieve after, lets say a week, based on your % approval on the day of collection or on the average % approval for the 7 days?
  3. If you're using claws of guthix, the armor is dependent on the balance in range/mage defence that you desire, but just make sure you have a void knight mace so that you can autocast it, if not, it will be hell clicking constantly ;)
  4. It could just be Java in [developmentally delayed]ation mode lol. Try getting the latest update if you havent, if not restart your browser... I got nothing other than that.. :/ Good luck :)
  5. As dumb as it may seem, go to the RSOF marketplace. People will junk them to about 50k, but its a lot cheaper that getting the levels ;) Thats what I did for WGS (dont buy more than one, only one is needed for the quest...)
  6. Simple question... Is the SGS worth getting if you have the money, or is it just another expensive weapon that is useless? (I will mainly be using it for slayer and GWD) Please do not post a simple "yes" or "no", give some form of a reason :
  7. I'd say that if it costs less to get 92 fm from your level than it costs for a d axe, and you have the dedication to burn long lines of fire all day, you might as well get it since it will also help you level wc faster in the future ;)
  8. I'd think d hides with the sc needles would work fastest. I am not sure if the d hide sells easily, but if it does not, its not really bad junk since you can easily alch the d hide items for some of your cash back. ;) Good luck with the rings though, never had the commitment to get it considering the other useable teleports :
  9. Realize that percentage profit isn't much if it takes too much time to gain it. Although it may be about 25% by your numbers (i really don't feel like checking :P ), I could safely say that you can make a good 200-300% profit in fighting decent monsters (e.g. Aviansies). Therefore, your percentage gain is not much at all in the grand scheme of the game, where you can make much more money in less time in many other ways than that which you stated. : Also, do not accuse me of not reading your post. I have ABSOLUTELY NEVER posted on a thread unless I have at least read the OP's opening post (and unless it is a 5+ page topic, I also read all of the posts). I have seen how people get flamed for this and am not stupid enough to fall under the same trap. I know you may not see my point, but do not make false accusations to make your point.
  10. Firstly, this is nowhere near the "most efficient" way to make cash. Secondly, 8k per hour is not too special unless you're under about level 40 :-# Sorry to flame this, but someone had to tell you that you're not helping too many people by your thread title... If anything, you should have called it something along the lines of "Smithing exp with a profit"
  11. A finale to the Myreque series maybe, or at least a sequel to it? Can't wait!! ^^
  12. If you dont want to risk getting bad tasks, start with Sumona (Pollnivneach) or Chaeldar (Lost City) and stock up 400 points, then switch to Duradel so that you can start permanently blocking tasks right from the start if you decide to ;)
  13. About the sig... In all of the url's and/or pictures, each has a "[blocked due to abuse]" section in it. It may be that these forums blocked it because it may have been deemed unsuitable, or you copied it from another forum that blocked it ;)
  14. If you want to alch, I recommend that you have a lot of cash to invest... Use this calc so you know about how much you'll lose when alching: http://www.scape-xp.com/runescape-high-alchemy.html With that you shouldn't lose too much. 20k alchs at a 30gp loss is only 600k, which isn't that bad if you got money to spend ;)
  15. Seems to be another Temple Trekking spot... This is from the north mining spot (east side) of the Arzinian mines AFTER the quest. [hide=][/hide] If this has been posted before, sorry, but I didn't see it on the "Current Map"
  16. Oh... >.< bummer, thanks for letting me know :
  17. I just enchanted my Slayer Helm, and I'm planning to have bunyip scrolls in it... Would they actually fire randomly as said in the Summoning guide, or would they just stay in the helm without being used? (I ask this because the scroll is technically non-combat related and would be a waste if used randomly during combat)
  18. That's the Smoke Dungeon, and it makes sense that it is south of the Tourist Trap dungeon :
  19. Tribbleman replied to lavadex's topic in Help and Advice
Also, if two people do the same exact damage to the monster and kill it, the person who attacked first gets the drop ;)
  20. Alching is probably going to be the cheapest option, idk if it's the fastest. Try this calc, it shows how much money you get back per item when you alch it based on ge prices  http://www.scape-xp.com/runescape-high-alchemy.html EDIT: It should cost somewhere around 16m at your level, if you lose 100 per alch, which is not likely if you use the calc right... ;)
  21. Didn't know that. Well then, I'll block steels instead of irons, plus scabarites. Reason being that I dont use a cannon since I seem to lose money like crazy and not get much back, considering the fact that I'm willing to take a little more time per task if I save some money. That means that scabarites and terrorbirds remain on the block list... :) Thanks again for the help guys, but this time its done :P
  22. Well, I'm fine with wyverns... I'll probably go with blocking scabarites (or however they're spelled :P ) and irons, since steels are usually worth killing. Thanks for the help people :
  23. I'm going to be switching to Duradel (Lapalok in my case because of WGS...), and I want to know, which are the best monsters to block when using him? I will DEFINITELY block Hellhounds and Warped Terrorbirds right off the bat... I just want to know which I should block for the other two slots. :
  24. I would say that even though the battles were fairly easy, the overall quest was difficult... I started it without a guide, and barely got through 1/5 of it (should I slap myself? ). I honestly think that Jagex could have made it harder, but I could safely bet almost anything that they didn't make it any harder because it would have then only been beaten by extremely high level players, in which case, people would have likely whined EVEN MORE than they already are...
  25. Tribbleman because I'm a devoted trekkie :-#
