WHEW! After 2 hours of collecting pictures and 3 hours of splicing stuff together (not to mention 30 minutes getting those stupid graphs lined up properly) I'm finally done with this massive math-update to my guide. Yay me!

np, and thanks for posting Really, arguing over this has led me to put a lot more attention into this guide than i otherwise would have; it was your denying that led me to add the pics, and playing with you that inspired me to add some other features to my guide (which I'll do later). Conflict sparks creation--or whatever. So yeah, even though i did sorta say some mean things earlier, you've helped this thread to grow and I'm thankful for it. And thankful that you were gracious to admit you were wrong :) .

Well i like to be positive. I give you a point because i didn't know tortoises were good to train on. I give you a couple points because you included locations, armors, and safe spots. I give you a point for pictures and a point for good grammar. And i give you one last point because you talk about a monster that is vastly underused, instead of just rock crabs and experiments. 6/10 Still, try to include more info on the monster in future guides. Also, this isn't really much of a guide... more monsters that are this good would be nice.

I think a lot of people would rather demean and attack the summoning update then spend every week sitting on the edge of their seats, drooling in anticipation. Personally i think the summoning skill is coming--everything from that bts update you posted to the vyrewatch quest to tarn's lair seems to be pointing in that direction lately--but i would rather not get my hopes up and say it will be coming out sometime soon.

why would you want a scaperune quest? after you completed it you would lose quest points, and never be able to get a quest cape.

Lol i don't think jagex does the mod thing for the mods; i think they do it for the wannabe mods. I mean sure, jagex can make a lot of good players mods, but in the end they just don't have the manpower to review enough accounts to pick up enough good players to make enough good moderators to control the stupidity and evil on this game *gasps for breath* remember that for every player out there who is good and kind and becomes a mod because he is a good person there are twenty out there who are good and kind because they WANT to be mods. Heck, I'd probably never report any of the macroers i see if i didn't dream of one day becoming a mod. Just my take on it :-w

You call arguing over the nature of the scientific method petty? Well, ok, yeah maybe i am overreacting just a little. I guess i don't like people to tell me I'm wrong :? *tries to handle being told-off by a mod in a mature fashion* I'm glad I'm getting mainly such positive reviews; i was afraid everyone was going to tell me there was already one strategy guide that was like 50 times better on these forums, since the game's been out so long.

wow, a very nice guide. 10/10, easily, cause of the awesome money-per-hour-income thingy, which i've never seen before and really makes me look at training in a whole new way. A few things to add: Once your 90 or higher agility, the dorgesh-kaan course gives about 60k xp per hour--counting failures, which are VERY rare--and goes for about the same super energy cost as ape atoll. I've heard good things about astral rune crafting, especially if your lvl 82 or w/e and can double-craft them, and if you carry earth staffs and law runes and use lunar magic, cause then you can tele right back to the lunar bank. Maybe you could add a section on astrals? I'm pretty positive shilo isn't that fast... and in pure, unbanked xp, barbarian fishing is faster at 70+. Could you turn your awesome math skills back on those 2 fishing styles and tell us what you come up with? :pray: anyway, thanks for the awesome guide :thumbsup: it was really a fun way to blow an hour and a half of my life, and gave me a new perspective on training, $$$-wise

In what part of that do i say that only some of the runners were killed with the cannon on the second trial? Oh, wait, i see: you play the game so little that you don't know there are only 2 runners on the first wave. And you still, of course, haven't actually tried any of my suggestions. I had quite a bit of fun doing the diary, and for me yeah the slayer reward was definitely worth it. Plus, i use the gem mines a lot (though i haven't since i got the lvl 3 gloves) so... yeah \

I got a kalphite assignment, and wanted to try my new black mask against the queen. Sure enough, on my first kill, i got a d chain. 8-)

Well, it depends on what they're asking for. If someone asks to be teleported to camelot when im right next to a bank, sure, that's no big deal for me. If they're asking some simple questions, like "Please tell me wheres the nature rune altar" when im in karamja, i'll usually walk them there, or give them some advice. If they're asking for gold or items, i usually just roll my eyes.

So i suppose i hired this guy to say that dancing with the queen works? and for you "I mean ONLY kill them with the cannon" comment, that's EXACTLY WHAT I DID in my second test. And, big surprise, i didn't lose any points for it.

i once knew a lvl 3 who was doing the shilo quest, he said he just let his friend own it near to death then recoiled it for the finish

lol pantim, i don't know what you mean by the test. I used the cannon to kill the penance, compared that to the points i got when killing them without the cannon, and they were the same. what more can i possibly do? and if she's meleeing you with her head, you're not under her, you're near her. trust me, this technique does work; stop saying it doesn't and go try it.
