    Infamous?

[hide=]Yeah, I mean when they went to the planet to colonize it and found that they read his mind and created the giant and the tower and found the baby. Though really, to tell the truth, I never did think he was actually fighting the buggers until that last battle where he blew up the planet. At that point I was like "Why is it that everyone has to come into the room in order to watch? Maybe it's a real operation."[/hide] I really did think that the whole colonization chapter was very nicely done.
  4. But you tell me that is why the game is not bare bones is because it ripped things from other games. It didn't exactly integrate in good, once I am allowed to work on the terrain and create my own maps instead of place crap around then I will say it's good. Another Bungie fan boy who defends bungie like a nut. Can't ever have a conflicting opinion with a bungie fan boy or else they bite your head off for the stupidest things. When the hell did Nadril say that?
  5. Wow. You call Halo the bestselling game, but think the way for Bungie to make more money is do another game series? Are you stupid? Halo 3 is the bestselling game solely because of multiplayer. Plain and simple. If Microsoft would expand from their audience, they would have both the Halo audience coming with them, and would bring in others. The only stupid person here is you. Think about it, Halo 3 ended the trilogy, there are millions of people waiting for bungies next big game. They come out with a third person shooter titled "Cowboys and Indians". Not only are they going to bring with them a ton of their fans from Halo, they will also gain new fans. Which is what game companies are doing, though they continue to work on game franchises that everyone loves, they start new ones in different genres, or in the same genre, so that they gain more fans. Halo is one of the most overrated game series ever. Period. I bought it specifically for multiplayer, but apparently that's what matters anymore is multiplayer and online over an ACTUAL GAME! Theater Mode, whoopee, I can watch stuff again and send it around. Racing games have had this for a long time. Forge, whoopee, there are many other games that let you create your own levels, and they are much better than Forge. There is a whole game series called RPG Maker that you can get on the PS2 for twenty bucks. Halo's Forge hands you a map and gives you no options to alter the terrain, you only can set stuff around the area. That's exciting...

Isn't there something to complain about other than Mobilizing Armies? It's not doing well at the moment because Jagex released it into the game prematurely in order to fix any glitches and stuff that might occur. It will be fixed soon, just wait a week for them to work on everything.
  7. So because Halo is the bestselling game and has the most people playing online it should continue? Just because of that? There is a point where a popular franchise should quit, and I believe Halo should quit now. If they want to get more money, then they should do another game series.
  8. Halo: The quintessential first person shooter. While the first would be known for bringing first person shooters to the mainstream, the others would also be known as "Great" and "Amazing" shooters. To a gamer like me, the only reason I play it is for the multiplayer. Like The Conduit, what the game lacks in campaign it makes up for in multiplayer. And yet, people praise the campaign. It's a bare bones shooter with nothing that distinguishes it from any other. There is no single feature that makes it different from others like Half Life. They continue to make them though. Mostly because of the roaring fan base of cussing ten year olds. I hate how Halo is continued to be praised, even though if you actually have put the disk out of the tray and played other offerings, you would find it is a skeleton.
  9. ^^^Seriously, I'd go see Public Enemy. It was much better than this. Or Bruno which I know is gonna be awesome.
  10. GOOD LORD! What are these girls you speak of?
  11. Currently reading Vagabond. Really good, I really enjoy it. I'm searching for the actual book it's based on at the moment.
  12. Hm...apparently noone but me and Roger Ebert found it terrible. And every other reviewer on Earth. I still stand that this movie was not very good, and because I can, here is Roger Ebert's amazing review: From: Rogerebert.com
  13. O.K, first of all, welcome to the forum, and thanks for already making yourself look like an idiot. You might want to go join the popular Eatrunearrow clan for all your Jagex hate needs. One thing I find at fault is the fact that apparently nobody remembers the Fist of Guthix minigame. The first couple weeks were hell to get through because of exactly these problems. Actually, it was overpopulation and the game was not working right. If you people would shut up for ten seconds and maybe wait a little while, the game will be perfectly fine. They were working on a game, and their testing did not include having thousands of people going there and doing it. They had to probably put it into the game to find out what to tweak in order for it to work. Which is probably the easiest way to make the game is put the minigame in and figure out what is at fault with it. It's only the first day of release, give them time before you complain about Jagex "quality". If you wanted quality you wouldn't be playing a Java based free online role playing game. If it is so bad, leave it alone. It's not an integral part to the game, and it deffinately will not make or break your character, so leave it alone for a while and see what happens in a week or two. By the way, Tipperdoesn't rule.
  14. Jagfail? Says the guy who still apparently plays the game after complaining so many times in nonsensical rants throughout the past couple years? I thought you gave up on Runescape? Hrm...it always is funny when a guy who probably couldn't make a Java game for his life is complaining how much failures they are (also, you apparently play this Java game, so what the hell are you complaining about?). Quit. Me, Omali, hell half the population of Runescape has told you to quit. If you don't like what Jagex is doing go get a Webkinz and screw off. Your rant might have merit if you hadn't told us in multiple rants before that you were quitting because Jagex are losers. You started complaining a year and a half ago when the wild disappeared, and have complained since that everything Jagex does is wrong and you hate them. Yet, here you are a year and a half later making comments on a RUNESCAPE FAN FORUM and continuing to rant, though you have apparently quit. Quit as soon as you can, because with your instability, you might want to save yourself from more terrible things that Jagex are doing. Every post I have seen of yours has been on the rants forum, bashing Jagex. Why would you subscribe to a game you so clearly hate? I feel theres something going on behind the scenes that we don't know about. Either you are mentally unstable and think that continuing to play will eventually mean it will get better, or you are mentally stable and just feel that since your mother and father can't provide enough money, you cannot afford WoW and must instead deal with the crapiness that is (apparently) Runescape. I've said this, and I'll say it again. Quit while your ahead, because the more posts you make, the more suspicious I personally become. Are you a joke? I've always attempted to think you were just a joke person created to make me laugh, but then again, such stupidity couldn't come from someone who doesn't actually believe it.
  15. I personally wasn't offended but I know someone will be.
  16. ^^^Sorry, but why did I find that kind of sexcist? Oh...that's why.

I would totally suggest Ender's Game to any Sci-Fi fan. It was normal sci-fi stuff, but the ending was so unexpected, it came from nowhere. Amazing.
  18. If the OP didn't want us to interfere with his life, he wouldn't have made a thread on it in the TIF rants forum. 8-)
  19. I don't understand half of memes because they aren't funny but the first time. Chuck Norris was funny the first time, and Rick Rolled, but they keep using it like it is the greatest thing ever. Some teenagers went into Gamestop while I was there and asked if they had Battletoads (The old guy at the counter ended up making fun of them for using an old and stupid meme. The kids ended up running off after getting (for lack of a better word) owned by the store clerk). Memes are stupid. What's over 9000 mean anyway? Where'd that come from?
  20. Hey newge...you should have read his other post that tells us that scammers and stuff were cool because they made the game have a more midevil feel. Yeah, that's a great way to excuse yourself from scamming people. Dear Jagflax, I play your game for long time and must says I am disappointment about your latest updates. Dew you your removing the wildy I cannot help you attain the feeling of a truly midevil game by scaming othar players. Don't you want relism in you game? Who wants a fantacy game where everything is fantacy? I declar you guy idiots for stopping scamers from making you game realistic. We just wanted to help! We just wanted to make people feel like they wer really nights of the midevil time! Your friend, CanadianSmurf P.S I hate you very much. You ruin game for the peple helping the game. Dear Canadian Smurf, We appreciate your letter and will look at it shortly. We have so much fan mail to go through, we hardly have the time to get through it all! Your Friend, Jagex Dear Jadflax, LOOK AT MY LETTER NOW YOU RUINERS! Your Friend, Canadian Smurf Dear Canadian Smurf, We appreciate your letter and will look at it shortly. We have so much fan mail to go through, we hardly have the time to get through it all! Your Friend, Jagex Dear Canadian Smurf, We read your letter thoroughly and would like to tell you thanks for making our game much more realistic. We are sorry for stopping you from scamming people. When you log in next time, don't read the little pop up and think we banned you, you were merely in a realistic midevil setting and were caught and executed by the castle guards. This weeks reading (for me anyway) -Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card (Pretty good so far) -1632 by Eric Flint -Stranger in a Strange Land by Robert A. Heinlein Dune: The Butlerian Jihad by Brian Herbert (Read the original 3 but have never gotten further than those) Should be a pretty good set of books.
  22. I won't flame you. It is stupid that people do that. After you have gotten flamed by them and reply back they instantly go to the real life stuff. That's what happens everywhere. I said I didn't like Naruto on Youtube, they called me an idiot, I called them stupid, and then I am the [developmentally delayed] with no life and I am gay and have no girlfriend. The people who go straight to that stuff usually are hiding something.
