    Why improve it when they could just bring back the old system with limitations that would kill RWT but leave everything in that the rest of us liked about it? Because the old system sucked.

    Yes they should, if they want the full game they should pay for it. By the time a player has finished all f2p quests they should have moved onto members, if they haven't they are just leeching jagex's bandwidth.

    No it's not. It might say that, but it's not. If the delay was completely removed, there would probably be problems with the game not saving before you logged into the other world.

    The 35 second delay is to leave enough time for your profile to transfer between servers.

    They probably use the noted item value glitch, what ever it is jagex will have a fix for it soon.
