  7. Updated the start post, gonna tweak it a bit futher next.
  8. Cleaned the start up post a bit. I'm going to go have some alcohol with my best friends to a cottage from thursday to sunday, but if possible I will update the thread when possible.
  9. I always found it easy to figure out who I should talk next to. So, even if you bring every item to Avalani, it doesn't make it much easier IMHO.
  10. The strange activity of the stone portal in the Clan Camp has been the subject of much debate and conjecture for many sages and scholars across Gielinor. The most vocal and passionate of these learned individuals is Avalani. Avalani has been researching the mysterious stone portal with great interest and has begun to piece together some information about the structure. While she was working on the portal, a mysterious stranger delivered a strange stone tablet. Unfortunately for Avalani, the tablet appears to be some sort of cryptic clue. Never being proficient at solving such puzzles herself, she has decided to put out a call for any who have the mental dexterity to tackle some confusing conundrums, as well as a little test to make sure they are up for the task. The Cryptic Clue Fest is back, but with a clan twist! We wanted to bring some focus to Avalani’s studies at the Clan Camp. We know you love clue fests, so we’ve taken your feedback from last year and used it to make an even delightfully teasing story for you to enjoy. This time around, Avalani’s studies will take 7 days and 6 gruelling clues must be solved in order to understand the mystery of the stone portal. Like last year, new clues will be posted each day and you will need to solve them to find out who to talk to and what key items they want you to bring. To start this Cryptic Clue Fest, head over to Avalani’s thread (Quick find code: 199-200-460-62991183), posted as a call to sleuths across Gielinor. Day One - "Avalani seeks help": Day Two - "The Stone Tablet" Day Three - "Beadromancy" Day Four - "The Shiniest of the Shinies" Day Five - "A Heavy Drink" Day Six - "Justice through his judgement" Day Seven - "Thanks for all the rocks"
  11. Or start playing competitive DotA, I love the game too :D Nah, Heroes of Newerth is easily the best DotA-copy out there.
  12. Stats for abyssal vine whip: + 86 slash attack, +84 strenght.
  13. On Karamja, a druid with a scholarly glint in his eye and an adventurer whos seen it all are investigating a newly emergent strain of violent, mutated jadinkos. Underground, the beleaguered Jadinko Queen fights for the future of her brood. The living environment of the lair, symbiotic with the Queen and serving for both defence and reproduction, has also begun to mutate and to turn against her. The lair is in turmoil, and the Queen cries out for help. Follow the Jade Vine to the north of Papa Mambos Herblore Habitat to find Dotmatrix and Maverick, and the entrance to the Jadinko Lair; a new, high-level skilling and combat area that offers tremendous opportunities to players looking to train their Firemaking, Fletching, Woodcutting, Combat and Slayer, either alone or in co-operation with friends. Performing tasks within the lair will increase your favour with the jadinkos, who will reward you with fruit imbued with beneficial properties, seeds and juju teleport bags. Finally, fortunate combatants will have the chance to obtain a special vine which can be used to upgrade their abyssal whip. The Jadinko Lair is a great new place for high-levelled players to train their skills in a dynamic environment. Full details are given in the Manual. While there are no skill requirements to enter the Jadinko Lair, the skilling tasks therein require at least the following levels: Fletching Level 83 Firemaking Level 83 Woodcutting Level 83 Slayer Level 80 Enemies range from level 90 to level 201 Mod Maylea RuneScape Content Developer
  14. Update in one hour. :)
  15. I was surprised too. Wikipedia says this: In December 2010 The Raine Group and Spectrum Equity Investors invested in Jagex, while Insight Venture Partners increased their investment. Andrew Gower, Paul Gower and Constant Tedder left the board of directors at that time. Though Andrew Gower is currently listed as Jagex's principal architect, it is unclear how involved he, his brother, and Tedder still are in the management of Jagex.
  16. After reading the comments, I did the quest today and was happily surprised after all the negative comments posted here. The quest was awesome, the humour was great and the story was nicely ended. Probably the best update of the month, unless citadels turn out to be awesome.
  17. I'm glad I got level 91 slayer this week. 8)
  18. Got two whips as a drop today and already sold 'em 1M each
  19. Just did this month's hard version, 49464xp for level 79 RuneCrafting.
  20. It was overeasy with overloads and turmoil. Still, it was fun and good exp. Definetly going to do that every month to get more runecrafting experience.
  21. Iglw gets my vote. Very nice picture!
  22. Well, the first one was the worst, but I actually played the second one two times through just to see how the story changed. I'm seriously hoping we'll be getting more sagas in the near future.
  23. I loved every single Fremennik Saga. Am I weird?
  24. So, where's my BTS? Is it delayed because of Kate? They already have infinite money because they are son of a king. And now they steal my BTS? :F
  25. I'm still playing, I started in early summer 2001.
