Holy shit that's more than a case of beer in an hour. I might try a power hour but 100 minutes is just crazy. Especially if you're using 7% beer.

I use a fork or a spatula to drain grease into the sink. Seriously you shouldn't do that, even if it doesn't mess up your pipes it contributes to plugging up the municipal pipes.
