Help me please
For clarification, there are none in the "wild" for OS X at this time. That's not to say that buying a machine upwards of $600 is a feasible option, nor is it one anyone would recommend just for this issue. I'd first download Avira and Spybot Search and Destroy and see what they show up. That should never be the first option.

Riots in Runescape, have you seen one?
I understand where you're coming from, but do you know how much money that is? You could practically buy a car with that much. I've never been a supporter of RWT but, wow.

I Need Help Installing New Themes on Vista
It's possible in all "flavors" of Windows as well as SP1. :?

Knowledge
It's infinite for the same reason why you cannot see the same thing twice. Or for the same reason you can arrange the books on your bookshelf in 45,678 orders. On the other hand, you could eventually reach every possibly statistic, order, and equation that exists in every possible way. I don't think that means that any living or nonliving can know even a fraction of this.

Suicide (Statistics, Philosophy, etc)
I see. In that case, happiness cannot always be easily obtained. Summarizing you statement or so I think, I do agree. Suicide based on a grim misfortune or single, or even multiple, encounters of unhappiness, can be seen as an irrational or impulse decision; a final solution to temporary problem. That still doesn't mean that it wasn't justified by that person's morals or standards.

Suicide (Statistics, Philosophy, etc)
I most likely would commit suicide had the years in question been desolate and dismal. But there are far more reasons to commit suicide rather than unhappiness. I was referring to your statement of friends wanting the suicidal person to be happy.

Suicide (Statistics, Philosophy, etc)
Numerous people have been through suicidal/depressive stages in their lives and overcame it, now living normal lives. Stop trying to make them sound like they are helpless beings who will undoubtedly be conquered by their own sadness. The problem is that they lack hope, and sorry to say this but posts that overlook the power of hope, such as that one, are counterproductive to expelling the suicidal/depressive attitudes from society. No, no, the word "suicidal" can be far far away from that of "helpless." When you've come to a rational conclusion of suicide, (without reference to living being irrational) you feel or believe that life is simply put in a static state with intricate patterns masking the fruit of our world. As I said earlier, I contemplate suicide everyday, as I have for years. To say that I am constantly depressed as well as without hope is a generalized statement to those commonly expressing suicidal behavior.

Suicide (Statistics, Philosophy, etc)
The main thing is that they are not happy and don't want to live. Going on with your life just to please someone isn't living nor is it joyous. Are you telling me there's nothing that can be done to change this? If you're considering suicide as a rational possibility, I don't think so.

Well, Tip.it is falling. Was fun while it lasted.
how do we know its /b/ tho? When it doubt, blame 4chan. And no, it's not a war between Tip.it and 4chan, it's just a few people that may or may not have come from and/or had influence from those boards.

Connected to Wireless, strong signal, internet not working?
I've had similar issues for years. I found that is was just easier to create a new wireless network, replacing the old one, going through the online configuration.

Is a Macbook a good college laptop?
I've never understood why people say this. Adobe products work just as well, if not better on a Windows than on a Mac. Says a Mac user. It's mainly because it was the old industry standard and that's how Apple has since marketed them. Regardless, most media editing shops I've seen are stocked with Macs. The main thing now is that Macs handle fonts better in their native OS, versus Windows. Which certainly should not be a deal breaker for a college student. As of now, I use Aperture as my photo editing software and iPhoto for organizing them.

Well, before then, let's hope that our morals don't get in the way of our logic.- I'd Like My 4th Amendment Back, Please
I view it in a similar manner as to what went on at the various Army bases I lived at. Every one at of ten cars were searched, even those with military ID. Was it an "invasion" of privacy? Maybe. Was it embarrassing? Most certainly, considering the state of my car. Can it be abused? Certainly. But I feel it's necessary, regardless of whether or not a terrorist is actually caught. There's no way there are enough agents to cover every phone call, so I don't see the true concern provided there is some sort of supervision over this.- Real life pictures - 3

Well, yes they're two different pictures but I was comparing them with my avvy. Those two pictures were taken from roughly the same time. Oh, and nice green head guy. :P Your name also reminds me of my favorite food, Ramen. I was thinking of something to make EMR+Frenkinstien when I discovered ra_mumm. Texas, everyone uses cheap mexican labour, and it doesn't snow. :) ~Knotch Hah, been there, done that. I'm a Freshman in High School, 9th grade. However, I'm a year younger, but a hell of a lot more mature than most people in my class. My goals are to be able to go out to the movies/dinner with my friends/girlfriend and buy small things; i.e. new shoes, or top-"Knotch" soccer cleats :XD: or buy an iTunes or Microsoft Points card from my local grocery. But I have some larger goals, my parents are divorced, so I can't ask for large gifts i.e. laptop for my birthday/xmas because they have split incomes (actually my dad pays for both him and my mom/siblings, until January of next year, regardless she gets a legal allowance from him.) So I want to be able to save up to buy a decent laptop, not a MacBook but not a uber bad one either. For example if they were set in levels "Easy" "Medium" "Expert" I'd go for medium. I also want to upgrade my slowly failing 1st gen iPod mini to an iTouch. I can ask for cash for my birthday to push me to goals, but I can't ask for the gift itself. Our local community college does a daycare thing in the summer, where they take "camp-like" classes and I can work there for a few grand next summer, but I can only volunteer there this summer, even though I have friends who'll work there this year. :( Hope this helps you guys in aiding my situation. :) ~Knotch Being a Freshman, would advise not getting a job. This mainly goes for part time jobs, as I can't see mowing a lawn or shoveling a driveway getting in the way of school, but other types of jobs do. Well, you may think, "It's not as if I'm doing anything in my free time anyways," or "I'm going to have to sacrifice somethings in order to fit my job, but I believe the benefits outweigh the negatives." I've also been though that - getting a job as a freshman - and it didn't work out so well. I, like yourself, wanted to spend my own money with my friends and on material investments which I could call toys; something I wanted rather than needed. But I quickly saw that my grades were beginning to decrease. Yet, my time before a job was spent freely and outside, the last of which studying. So I asked myself, "What changed? Why did my grades go down?" I'm not sure I have the answer but I think I spent a bit to much time in class calculating my savings and the materials that followed. That said, I wouldn't advise getting a job until you're past your freshman year. But I'm certainly not going to deter you from leaning such a value as effort and I am not going to question your circumstances. :) Right now you're in the borderline of ages acceptable in the workplace. Because legally you're allowed to work at any non-agricultural job (which I just noted because I think you can work agriculturally at a younger age, though I am unsure) yet some employers refuse to hire teenagers under sixteen years of age. So go local, as others suggested. Put up fliers with your number telling others that you'll mow their lawn, fix their computers, walk their dogs, wash their cars, powerwash their driveways, paint their houses, fix their roofs, wash their animals, or whatever else you can come up with. I picked fruit at a local plantation at that age, which by the way, I got fired from for throwing fruit with another guy, solving my grade issues. If you're just trying to get around your mom, ask to sit down and talk with her about your situation. Or more manipulative, tell her that you see into her game of tease and free labor (heh). :P- Allowance/Pocket Money
May I ask what grade you're in and what your goals are, in order to give you a more specific opinion? - Suicide (Statistics, Philosophy, etc)
