"Dangerous" and "addictive" are words defined by the lobbyists defending their corporation.
  2. Worst? I love pain. I'd say monthly period pains though.
  3. I don't believe so, but I have yet to get the fire cape. Statistically, the chances of it being a bug are quite slim though, which is why I am doubtful.

Why? Look at cigarettes. cigarettes are filled with chemicals to make them taste better, and to make them more addicting than they already are. Laura could be saying they'd lace the marijuana to make It minorly addictive. Or she could be saying they'd do something to make it less powerful, so you'd have to buy more. That's what I assumed, which I would reply with, they sell pure tobacco. You can buy it in almost any store that sells tobacco products. So, manufacturers would sell pure marijuana. Thye will just also sell marijuana with additives. Which sell better? Are companies really in it to help consumers? No, it's whatever sells the best, adding chemicals that are addicting are going to sell far better than those without. If people want marijuana, they'll buy it. If they "need" it, they "have" to buy it.
  5. Healers can respawn if Jad gets back to 1/2 health. Most likely you killed one of the healers.
  6. Either way you look at it, single or double, the runs are ~27% faster. My max at the abyss was 2,200. My max at Graahk was ~2900 but I calculated 2,800 just because 3k is unrealistic a lot of the time.
  7. If money is an issue, yes. If you find the game fun, yes. If you simply want exp, I believe you can get faster exp just crafting with a regular needle.

I always used Truthscape. Granted, it's a bit dated, well, really dated. It has great information though, especially for beginners. Four Ranged levels aren't really going to make a difference. So if you really want to go, I'd do it.
  9. I already do this because I can't say no. :(

You could do it, but it's not something I'd recommend just yet. Saradomin stole and Zamorak bracers, if you're using the PPot method like it sounds you are.
  11. I can get tad under 6k Nats/hour using double nats. Meaning that compared to the Abyss, you're looking at about a 27% increase when using the Graahk method.
  12. Splitbarks minimal defence is negligable. Mystic is far better, or Ahrims if you can afford it. Mage Void isn't worthwhile to use unlike it's counterparts, range and melee.
  13. Natures, the exp difference makes up for the minimal loss of profit in the long term.

  15. You can get more at Ape Atoll. Depending on your stats, you can get 100k+/hour.

This sounds like an argument for the legalization and regulation of marijuana. As Zierro pointed out, marijuana is very rarely laced with other substances. When it does happen, it's usually done at the user-level. Also, keep in mind that many of these studies, particularly those studying pot's addiction potential and health effects, focus on the people who smoke it (i.e. those who are smoking potentially laced weed). I am fine with legalization, provided more in-depth studies are done weighing the positives and negatives. Either way though, manufacturers wouldn't be selling pure marijuana.

This is where I find the argument very bias in a seemingly unintended way. If and when studies occur, it's about the main drug, not the drug you bought last week from a dealer. The two are almost completely opposite. Even if cannabis has no harmful effect, or even if it's helpful, what's stopping someone from putting chemicals that are physically addicting just to keep you coming back for more? Nothing.
  18. No, it doesn't have a powerful enough processor. Even if it did, I doubt you'd want to play it on there.
  19. You dont follow stop signs? I'd compare it to a police officer telling you to run red lights and to go over the speed limit. But, meh. The experiment assumes that everyone in the experiment is clueless about electricity. Volts mean nothing when in contact with the human body, where the current and amperage is more of a needed factor. But I don't profess to be an expert electrician either.
  20. Then what else are we supposed to go by? There's no use in proving anything. Others will defend their stance without evidence that it does no harm. Then, when you bring up evidence that it does, they'll say to take it with a grain of salt. If there's anything I learned about the Medical Marijuana topic, that was it.
  21. On a normal occasion, I would be all over that comment. But after talking with Dell for three months with sub-par solutions, I understand your pain. I wish you luck.
  22. Leigh's disease. Two of my sisters, less than a year old, died from the disease before I was born. I would have had a 50% chance of getting the disease had I not been born using in vitro fertilization.
  23. From what I think I understood of that, it's not so much the sight of the scar, as that would be illogical and seemingly impossible to notice in the first place, it's rather the form of the scar. Often, scars do not match up with existing tissue in relation to color or size which can lead to impressions or buildups. I got my nail removed at one point with fragments pulled out of my skin, some of which began rooting under the skin, and once pulled out they left a scar. Now, every time the slightest pressure is put on my nail, I can feel where the scar is located. I'm not sure if you're like me when it comes to noticing small things such as that, but it certainly doesn't feel correct.
  24. I wouldn't suggest doing that by yourself, especially not with a toothpick, as it eventually could lead to excessive scar tissue.
  25. I was thinking about a comment you made in another thread, which also pertains to this one I suppose. Maybe I am a masochist. :?
