A lot of people seem to be having that date for setting recovery questions. I had it to (till I changed them in June or something). A lot of my friends have that same date too. What's up with it? They gave everyone a chance to set new questions because a lot of people wrote rubbish as there answers.. So everyone got reset questions so people could get there passwords back if they forgot them
