I think there would have to be around 18-20k santa hats on RS accounts.. Once people saw what was happpening with party hats at the time people started to buy them in massive bulk with people having 600+ at a time Also with the bannings i think a few rares would have been lost to this.. I owned 7 Party hats when i was banned and about 30+ masks.. But not everyone banned owned as many rares
