Harrington
I don't follow cricket but I was wondering... is it like football whereby you have to qualify for these final group stages? Or is there only 16 professional teams to begin with?
Scars
Basically all Test playing nations(10 at the moment) & ODI playing nations qualify automatically and the other teams have to go through a series of preliminary qualifying tournament. If you'd like to know more about it then its summed up nicely in Wikipedia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cricket_World_Cup#Qualification Thanks to WithTheQuickness for the sig! Bubsa
Let's go Bermuda! They have the cup's secret weapon - A 20 stone left arm finger spinner, who works as a jailer and lives above a curry house, going by the name of Dwayne Leverock This guy's a bigger hero than Monty Panesar! This is how much you all raised for charity. Thank you.

____
I'm backing SA or Australia to win. I'm not totally up to speed on how SA has been performing and the status of their team; but if it isn't Australia - statistics favour SA to take it out.
