I saw that story long before the date it was posted here... Did people actually think that was genuine?

I was never really a fan of Star Wars. I watched the movies, that was about it. I don't know much about the lore and history. Star Trek on the other hand... \

Sometimes when the Admins are fiddling with things behind the scenes, the Mod Lists get turned off. And I must say it does look a lot cleaner.

Pretty cool, that's nice to see some band members who actually do that. It might have been made up by his P.A., who knows.

I don't think it's as much of a lack of respect and admiration etc. Think about it, back in the day when RuneScape first started. People were amazed when you hit a 10, they were amazed if you had a rune2H. It's still roughly the same thing, just on a bigger scale. RuneScape has evolved and it's economy has affected the rate of attainment of certain skills and objects. Although I'd still agree that there are idiots who are only impressed by 99's and godswords.

From JaGEx's point of view, it's better to just prohibit all unfair trading. This way they won't run the risk of poeple actually doing it, and then claiming 'oh it was a friend i was just letting them have it since they don't have much money'. Then that person carries on trading.

The whole Mod and Admin team have been told to take action when someone admits to transferring via Bounty Hunter. This means warnings, bans, reports etc. This is what Turtlefemm wrote about it:

You're not supposed to deliberately lose a minigame in order to allow someone else to loot your items. Therefore this is against Rule 4- Cheating/Bug Abuse. It's not in the spirit of the game, and also the main way the RWT'ers use to sell gold, and you don't want to be associated with them do you.

I used a HJT analyzer for it, and it highlighted that with a red, which meant remove almost always. I looked up ctfmon, and it appears its a process linked with office xp. However the HJT analyzer said something about ctfmon32, which is malware.
