Was it a private message they sent you, or was it through the forums? Could you provide us with the response they gave? If it's a private message just sum it up, since revealing that information is against Tip.It rules. This could be useful for anyone else with similar problems. If it's anything like invisionfree, then you'll need to create headers and titles etc, and use the css code to implement them.

The PS2 is one of the best selling consoles of all time. The xbox360 is a baby on the market compared to it, and it's a lot more expensive. Thus a massive percentage more people will have a ps2 than an xbox360.

You can change it by going to your UCP and clicking on Board Settings.

I support this idea. I believe it's a preset feature of invision forums (not that it has anything to do with this), and was pretty useful.
