Yeah that's true. I do love kids' tv with the innuendos and double entendres. I think whoever did that was a genius. There's this kids' cartoon called Skunk Fu, and it's full of puns and allusions to other things, it's pretty good. Also, you can't beat The Magic Roundabout for double entendres. :)

I used to like kids' TV, obviously since I used to be a kid. But now I just find it incredibly patronising. The presenters treat the kids on their shows as though they are stupid, and they always exaggerate their praise of them: 'oh WOW that's amazing well done there' 'you did REALLY good that's ACE' etc

I've read some tutorials, and found a decent one. It doesn't look that complicated. You basically remove the insides of the ipod and replace the microdrive with a flash card. It's possible I'll screw up my ipod, but I don't really use it anyway, this is just a project and it's something quite cool, and I should be getting a new ipod classic 80gb for christmas. :)

Hi all, my Ipod Mini (2G) only has 4gb of memory, and there are over 8 gigs of music on my itunes. I've read some tutorials about replacing the microdrive with a flash card, and I'd like to try it. What I want to know is, will any type of flash card work? Can I just go buy one and put it in, or are there different types? Could I buy a flash stick and just take out the card? Would that still work? I'm not worried about the warrenty etc, that ran out decades ago.

Arrange an interview with someone from a job centre, there you can ask them all about it, they should know the best course of action and will be able to help you. Otherwise, aren't there military recruitment bases anywhere near you? If not near you, you can always phone them up and ask if military training will help you in the civil world.
