Streaming online is what non-hardcore pirates do. So, by removing some streaming sites, they're just being pushed towards doing the more 'hardcore' piracy of peer to peer sharing. When you stream, you're not helping anyone else out. When you torrent, you're seeding and helping others download the file. I think the 200GB I've uploaded to keep a 1.00 ratio on that site is a symbol of my determination or resolve or whatever it is. Who knows? In terms of the pirate bay, here's a comparison that's almost entirely too true: Police seizure of servers: 3 days of downtime Owners catching a cold: down for a whole week. That's wrong, Pure Kq Pax got 99 slayer through sw, and so did a few other level 3s that I can't remember off the top of my head. Also, for Ring of Recoils, there was an update a long time ago that required you do damage yourself for the ring kill to count for you. So you have to hit damage on whatever you're killing with your fists or something for the ring kill to count for your task. This may have been changed in the past few months, but I doubt it.

Oh well, should hopefully have 99 magic tomorrow (300k off at the moment and in the middle of an ice strykewyrm task so one more after this for that) then 99 slayer hopefully before Saturday. A few of the drops I've had so far: Very nice with the drops, I've only done like 3 tasks but I got 4 pairs of boots so far. I'm taking a picture of everything during the comp (exp, levels and drops)

So yesterday someone offered to teach me how to kill TDs effectively. On my first successful trip today on the 12th kill iirc, I got this: That was my second d plate piece ever and I've only killed around 50-60 TDs total lol. Hopefully that'll change and give me some claws soon B) EDIT: Also, I got 30 kills that trip, even though it felt like more. That seems good for my first trip though.

This is exactly what I do. At the GE I turn off my public chat, but I'm always in the same cc. I only turn public back on when I'm doing a slayer task because those usually end up making some nice conversations. For example, one time at Dark Beasts there was this random guy who I hadn't spoken to yet, he had been there almost as long as I had on that task. I ended up getting a dragon med helm, so I said something about it. It turned out that he had gotten a d spear two kills before me. This ended up being a two hour conversation and it made that task go by a lot faster. People always seem nicer and more "mature" when you're talking in a one on one conversation, so I usually don't talk until those kind of situations.

Got this a little while ago, took me around two weeks from 96. I'm hoping for a 2 week average for the next two levels also. I think I made like 27m, with 10 effigies, which is great :) [hide] It took me a little while (~5 weeks :wall: ) to get from 95-96, but hopefully the rest should come a lot sooner. The TSG slayer competition starts on July 12th, and I'm going to try to get 98 by the 25th (the end of the competition). 99 should be near the beginning/middle of August if all goes according to plan. I'm also going to be updating this with Summoning levels, as I have enough charms for 94 atm and by 97 Slayer I'm hoping to be able to get 95. 96 should be around 98 Slayer. I'll update this topic with future levels, so watch out for that :D[/hide]

How long would it take to get a set of battle robes from Fog myself? If it's possible I'd like to know the hours needed usually. Maybe tokens/hr also. My stats are: 99 Attack 99 Strength 99 Defence 99 Hp 99 Range 89 Prayer 94 Magic 92 Summoning. Also tips on gear/tactics would be tremendously helpful. Note: I most likely won't reply for ~12 hours, because I'm about to sleep.

This is what I was thinking. I didn't play last year from August to around February-March, and there was a good amount of substantial updates in that time (extreme potions, curses, another elf quest, Kuradal, Strykewyrms, Shattered Heart, etc..). Since then however, there has been almost nothing that changes how I play the game, and that bugs me. The only thing I can think of is Effigys, and that doesn't contribute much, just another item to give free experience. There really has been a drop in the amount of updates with a positive impact on this game, and it's annoying me.

So that's why I saw you dancing around in the wild yesterday. Grats :thumbup:
