For your levels, i recommend giant spiders in the sos if you're f2p.If you're p2p, there are better methods.Giant Spiders are imo the fastest f2p combat xp, although they drop nothing and use a fair amount of food.

no, you really need good bolts. I recommend rune x-bow with diamond and ruby bolts. I prefer c-bow, but your choice. Alos, i think bon ebolts are slower than rune x-bow.
