I like to go to world 1 edgeville, theres always someone training firemaking there, and its easier than making my own fires.

Once you get a bit higher level, you could try moss giants on karamja. Good for prayer training and not too crowded.

With 60 strength, i can hit 13's unpotted with a power amulet. Im sure you can hit 14's potting with a strength amulet.

well, i'd say it depends on whether you want hp xp or not. If you are going for hp, id keep the chaos and use them at metal dragons. If not, sell them and buy nats.
